Not sure about the rest of the world, but Resi 3 scored higher here in the UK than 2 did (a few max scores in some places).

If it did sell less it might have been because I recall it going almost head-to-head with Gran Turismo 2, though many PS1 games were at the reduced rate of £30 at that point.

Couldn't find the PS version of Resi 3 on Metacritic, but Game Rankings has 93.13% for 2 and 88.22% for 3.

:x Hopefully get mine thursday, if i ignore my lad enough he might go away

Every time I’ve tried to book a day to myself in the last seven years one of the kids ends up sick and ruins my day

Is it illegal to sell children these days and if not you could put the money raised towards a PS5 and Xbox Two.

Problem solved.

I’d have to sell the wife too.

I unfortunately hate children which is why I suggested selling them.

Much as I love 2, 3 is the better game. Then CV took a gigantic step backwards, trying (but failing) to emulate 2 (imo)...

Madness. 2 is far better than 3.

The choice between 2 and 3 is a big preference pick. 3 is certainly a lot more oppressive and action heavy than the second but I adore the level design of 2.

My list would go..

Resident Evil 2
Resident Evil Remake
Resident Evil 3
Resident Evil 4
Resident Evil 7 (and VR is the best way to experience 7 without a doubt)
Resident Evil CV
Resident Evil 0
Resident Evil 5
Resident Evil Revelations
Resident Evil 6
Resident Evil Revelations 2

7 is actually the best Resident Evil now.

Managed to pre-order this from CDKeys for £30. Pretty happy with that.
