Well, you still won’t be able to get any of the download content, but at least you won’t be supporting the developer’s anti-consumer choices...

As the industry moves further and more aggressively into discovering news ways to attempt to fleece consumers we're well beyond the point of feeling sorry for the "poor old games publisher" to give a gooseberry fool about video game piracy.
I could buy it pre-owned and the publisher would still not see a penny of my money so what's the difference really.

Um, actually...more often than not pirated games do indeed include extra content like pre-order DLC and downloadables. In fact, with games like the Arkham series and their convoluted retailer specific Pre-order bonuses, pirating the game is the only way to get every piece of content. Which is ridiculous.

Having never played the original, I find it very odd that nearly every video preview I've seen thus far is obsessed with spoiling the fate/minor alterations surrounding the fate of secondary characters. Just going avoid all upcoming coverage to go into this completely unaware.
