Any Capcom arcade collection needs to include Knights of the Round.

The original one’s been done, surely? It’s on everything!

Not on the Switch in Europe. You have to import one from Asia which has an English language option available.

One man should not have this much power in this game. Luckily I'm not an ordinary man.

It is has been translated from Japanese, it wasn't obtained in English. If it was obtained...

Or you make a new User on the switch with a Japanese account and buy it on the Japan store. Forgot I did that and got confused reading the original comment :fp:

Wasn’t it already released? The PS4/XB got the trilogy this year and I’m surprised it isn’t on the switch at the same time.

Unless you mean the later AA games? They’re the only ones I haven’t played.

My issue is that it's been rereleased more times than Skyrim by this point. Honestly if Drumstick wanted to play it on the go he could get it on his phone! Meanwhile none of the other games have been remade or rereleased apart from, I think, Apollo Justice once. (This is partly because AAs 4 and 5 were much worse than 1 and 3, but AA6 was top, there's two Edgeworth Investigations games which were good, and the Great Ace Attorney spin-offs...) Also it's been four years since AA6 and we haven't seen a hint of a new AA since, during which time the original trilogy's been shat out about three more times!

The real tragedy is that AAI2 was never officially translated. For my money, it's the best game in the franchise. It's like the whole first trilogy rolled into one in terms of narrative.

I also really enjoyed AAI1.

I would say it’s up there with 3 and 6. I played the fanslation (like you I'm guessing?) and yes it’s really good. Solid 9/10.

Yep, I played the fanslation too. It was really well done and I'm very glad that it exists so I was able to play AAI2 after enjoying AAI1.

I bought, but hardly played, AA6. This thread is tempting me to dig out the 3DS to play through it fully.

Surely fake
A follow up to MH World in 2023 seems too far away for the general release cycle of monster hunter
It might not be MH6 but there'll be a new console MH by 21 or 22

Quite. I would like to play those games. I think I gave up halfway through Apollo Justice due to a personal problem and never went back.

Completed the trilogy on the PS4 (isn’t the same as playing on the DS system) and I was hankering for more.

That leaves the console market hanging for two years tho

When I say console here I refer more to how the development of Monster Hunter is structured.

Previously they had both World and Generations around the same time; so one game from the A team and one from the B team. Rise is what the B team has been working on, which leaves the A team free. If they don't iterate on World's design significantly then I don't think it will be that long until we hear of a new console MH.
You could well be right tho idk

World and Generations were two years apart. Rise started development after Generations Ultimate so I don't se any reason why World 2 can't have the same development time.

Also, why are some things abbreviated on an internal document, that feels more like a fan thing to do rather than for something you'd do within a company where you would be free to us the name of things.

I want to call fake purely because Pragmata isn't listed on there, which is one of the few (if only?) officially announced Capcom games scheduled for 2022.

Get these multiplayer Resident Evils to strawberry float man. They keep failing, nobody plays Resistance and nobody ever really did. Why continue to flog a horse that can't possibly be making them any money and died before it was ever really alive?
