strawberry floating hell the van didn't like the cold start this morning :dread:

First the van wouldn't start (first time thats happened) and then when it did, the clock and trip counter had reset, and the fuel gauge was on empty and didn't budge all the way in to worrk, and I know there's a quarter of a tank in there.

Thankfully my car has given me very little issues in the cold weather, same can't be said for my previous car though but that had issues starting all the time.

Bit disappointed by this though,

Honda's first EV was looking fantastic when it was announced but it's looks have certainly declined between announcement and production, no word on the power or range yet.

Yeah it was, hope the sports EV they announced doesn't get changed at all as that looked superb.

When I was over there in Japan these kei car things were everywhere, and the only thing I could think of is just how massively unsafe they must be. I mean the crumple zones are basically your knees! They were all vans though, I had no idea they made convertible kei cars.

That being said, the van that's been modified to look like a VW bus does look cool.

What do people think of the Volkswagen Arteon or Alfa Romeo Giulia?

Quite like them both, given the choice between the two I’d probably opt for the Alfa, just because it’s an Alfa

I just wish they came in 3 door versions rather than only 5 door.

I’m not a fan of Alfa to be honest.

I’d go for the VW one.

Taking a 68 plated Arteon R Line 2.0 190 D for a test drive tomorrow.

Looks fantastic from the outside and the specs on there are great. Seats look tremendously comfy too. Nice sporty design to hold everything in place

They look groovy

I messed around with one at a vw dealer and was disappointed with the cost for what you got, but I reckon as a used option it could be v nice

Bought a VW Arteon R line 2.0 190PS TDI 68 plate in the beautiful Manganese Grey colour from a proper VW dealer. It has the full 360 degree camera area view, and the £1k extra Dynaudio sound system fitted already from new.

Deposit paid and I take delivery on Thursday!

First change of car in 5yrs. Can't wait
