And now it’s pushed back to February. This is excruciating.

Hopefully my girlfriend will have her new Toyota Corolla Suzuki Swace by then! The front vaguely reminds me of an S14.

How many inches off the ground does it hover, and how the bollocks does it stop in an emergency?

It says it can fly for 40 minutes at 100kph so 20 minutes straight up and 20 down again I imagine.
20km high sounds like a nice round number.

Nope, but in my defence, they didn't specify a direction when they said it goes 100hph and up is a valid direction for this thing.
Lastly levelling off at 20km seems like a good place from a safety perspective. Falling from more than 20km would hurt.

I agree, don't want to accidentally fly into the mesosphere.

Better take along your pressure suit and an oxygen tank though.

Civic’s in for its MOT on Friday :dread:

Likely to fail as I know it needs yet another wheel speed sensor replacing, unless they shock me and replace this first of course, it’ll probably still fail though

In hindsight I wish I’d got a new car before Covid, used car prices are ridiculously high now compared to what they were. Civic passed its MOT as well :datass:

The value of my Tucson went from £9.5k to £20k in the space of 7 months. I’m dying to sell it but the Q4’s now pushed back to April so I’m starting to worry the price won’t hold.

Sell it, buy a £5000 temporary 2nd hand to tide you over until April and pocket the £15000

Problem is that would mean I’m driving a £5K gooseberry fool heap (because that’s what gooseberry fool heaps go for now) for almost 6 months

I think if I put a little bit of money into my car (just to make the paintwork a little nicer and getting the air on sorted) it’d be worth about £2000 if I sold it myself, I paid £5000 for it back in May 2014, obviously I’m still at a loss of £3000 but that’s nowhere near as much as I’d have thought, not that I’ll be selling it mind, probably just run it into the grave now

That wait sounds painful jiggles. My colleague has had the Q4 for a while and loves it. Looks quite the beast parked next to my e208. In hindsight, we got very lucky picking our cars up early 2020.

I got a great deal for the other half on a 2017 Zoe just before the secondhand market exploded this year too.
