Pffft, when it comes to TV for the very young kiddiewinks, nothing will ever match the legendary Rainbow.

More opinions:
Grace's Amazing Machines - they're all
vehicles dammit Grace
Bluey - heartwarming
The dad seems pretty relatable too.
Waffle - they really don't make it clear enough that the reason he's a "wonder" dog is because he can talk - half the time none of the humans react to his talking so it's easy to think it's internal monologue. Also, the theme song is awful
Molly and Mack - a bit weird. Also they seem to get the "Oops oh no" song into every episode (though to be fair it's catchy)

I might risk sounding like a parody woke snowflake etc here but... Octonauts has a dreadful gender balance. All the major characters are male, and all the female characters work in menial roles aboard the ship.
Absolutely this.

Numberblocks is amazing (especially the Star Wars and Indy episodes). Alphablocks is god awful.
If I was a young girl I'd give up on STEM in protest at the condescending shite that is Bitz and Bob (STEAMPINK STYLE
)
Sarah and Duck is great and I'll fight anyone who says otherwise.
You're right about Bing
The voices got much more irritating in the second season too. David Threlfall is no match for Mark Rylance. Any idea why Sting and Trudie Styler are thanked at the end of every episode?
I thought Numberblocks was meh but I saw the Pirate Treasure special recently and it's gone up in my estimation. Agree that Alphablocks is unbearable. Bitz and Bob has a great theme tune but not much else.
Sarah and Duck just strikes me as absolute filler, nothing going on at all.
Sting and Trudie Styler were involved in funding the Bing episodes I think.
Personally I do have a bit of a soft spot for Sarah and Duck because my wife has some genuine similarities in personality with Sarah which we find amusing, but even without that it's still a good show. It's worth it for the mardy handbag alone!

Fun fact, I know Sarah from Sarah and Duck (ie. who its based on), we were in the same class in uni.
Were in a Hey Duggee, Bing, Bluey rotation. Occasionally chuck in a Love Monster. Hey Duggee definitely the favourite with the baby, we like Bluey most.

My company does the IT support for the people who make Sarah and Duck. If you call them their hold music is just the narrator saying Sarah and Duck and a duck quacking over and over again.

Off the back of this thread we started watching Bluey and it’s now my son’s favourite. And tbh mine too. Bandit is indeed a hero dad that we can all aspire to, but the real star of the show is Bingo. She’s just adorable. Second half of The Weekend wrecks me every time.

The walking leaf? Oh yeah, right in the feels. Have you seen the episode where Bingo begrudgingly tells Chili that Bandit plays too rough with her?

It's a beautiful show. What about the episode with (I can't remember his name) Jean-Claude / Jean-Luc?

This is just becoming the Bluey thread but here is my list of episodes that will bring me to the brink of tears every time:
Camping
The Weekend
Daddy Dropoff
Bumpy and the Wise Old Wolfhound (watched this the first time my son was sick and it destroyed me)
Copycat
Yoga Ball
And the absolute granddaddy of them all: Sleepytime, which is a flawless masterpiece in itself, but from the moment Bingo says goodbye to Floppy to the end of the credits is just an onslaught of raw *feeling* that I’m barely holding it together through that final swell from the orchestra as the sun comes up. A cartoon for preschoolers? Nah, mate, this is strawberry floating ART. It’s not even sad! It’s just so beautiful and moving it makes me weep
