Tom Hiddleston was at my gym this afternoon, a David Lloyd in NW London. I used a piece of equipment directly after him and likely have some of his sweat on my shirt given he neglected to wipe it down after using it, the filthy banana split.

Being in NW London, I also see Robert Webb running passed my house a fair bit. Sat near Louis Theroux on the Jubilee line. Crossed the road alongside Akala near Bond Street a few months back.

Who you seen then?

Not anyone ultra famous, I did see Michael Angelo Batio in an airport though (he of twin guitar neck, shred guitar).

It's totally a wig.

Admired the capybaras next to footballer Raul Jiminez at Dudley Zoo.

Be impressed if anyone can top that to be honest.

The last person i spotted was (very briefly) Tom Cruise at RIAT last year, he was just leaving as i rocked up, so i'm guessing he knew that i was on my way.

Before that, i saw Prince William ride past on his horse during the Trooping The Colour practice for the Platinum Jubilee last June.

Only two that were unexpected come to mind.

Popped into a Starbucks during a PoopGang forum meet and Jimmy Carr joined the queue right behind me. Had a short chat about nothing in particular, plans for the day etc before going our separate ways. Seemed like an ordinary nice bloke.

The other was Brian Capron, known for portraying killer Richard in Corrie. Got on the train at London Victoria after a Symphony X gig and he sat down opposite. He got off at Croydon so wasn't on board for long. Got a picture with him and he commented that most of the people that recognise him were 20-30 years older :slol:

Saw Norman Wisdom in my local pub many years ago, what a legend.

Also Princess Diana when she visited my school (before she died). She spoke to one of the other pupils who was a couple of places to my left in the line, he was a complete twat.

The bird from Eastenders that killed Barry once asked me if a type of engine oil was suitable for her car, a red VW beetle. Janine, I think.

Most of City from about 30 years ago, so Niall Quinn (Awesome chap), David White, and loads more. Also met Tony Book and Bryan Robson. And Sam Allardyce.

Met a few bands - Slipknot, Type O Negative and Clawfinger particularly spring to mind. Faster Pussycat and Flogging Molly too.

Rich Hall because he'll talk to any one.

Sir Ian McKellen, another absolute gentleman.

Princess Anne, when she was on a walkabout. Looks very Equine. Stupid hairdo.

Spoke to Nicky Campbell on the wireless one morning.

I also once met Dave Prowse, when he visited my school in his role as the green cross code man.

There's also all the racing drivers i met at places like Silverstone years ago, Mansell, Button, Hamilton etc.

Saw Gary Barlow struggling to get a parking meter to accept a 10 pence piece. Tapped him on the shoulder and handed him a shiny new 10p and said "take that".

Later found out it wasn't Gary Barlow and was just some bloke.

Wish my image sig would work

Mine is quite a list of who i have seen in person and met

Met Nigel Mansell back in 2000 at Silverstone at the Coys Festival celebrating 50 years of F1 shook his hand and got autograph
At another event the same year saw in person Murray Walker and Jackie Stewart also saw Antonio Pizzonia & Takuma Sato pre F1 drives
Steve Ryder[/b] came into my old work place Comet and i carried out a TV for him and had a brief chat about F1 and Senna
Fiona Allen Comedian from Smack The Pony, again served her at work was odd when i got speaking to her i was thinking to myself i know you but could not place her name till we got to the till and i needed her details as soon as she said her name i clicked. Served her again a few weeks later lol
Again in my Comet Days one Saturday or Sunday afternoon Lisa Scott Lee was in the store i walked straight past her. A short while later another colleague said it was her
Will Mellor lives in my area see him on and off weekly sometime at my current job he is always in the store. Is just another face i see now but again first saw and spoke too him in my Comet days.
Anton Du Beke randomly came into my current retail job on the same retail park a few years ago to buy a drill for his brother lol
Shane Ritchie - When i worked for Comet he randomly came into the store i think to return something only saw him from a distance as i was with another customer.
Craig David shot part of his Walking Away music video at the top of my street.
I have met David Gilmour from Pink Floyd twice back in 2006. Also met his wife twice the same year shock his hand first time got autograph 2nd time i met him got a pic of him with me and Guy Pratt
Guy Pratt I have met 4 times, seen him play live 10 times i would say
Richard Wright - Pink Floyd was upclose to him when he and Dick Parry where getting into a car to take them back to their hotel in London backstage after the gig. People around me were begging to get Richard's autograph and he was not doing i got pushed into him pretty much cause of the crowd around him. Dick Parry i met in the venue got his autograph. This was in 2006 on David Gilmour's solo tour after a private show at the Mermaid Theatre.
Keith Lemon and Sharon Osbourne shot an interview in my workplace last year
Glenn Hoddle randomly came into my current workplace to pick something up. At the time I was doing something i looked at him and was like he looks familiar couldn't place the name & face at the time as I was busy it was not until after he left someone said it was him
Many years ago i was in Harrods having a look around the food stall area and Roger Moore ended up going past with an entourage of staff and security
Was at my cousin's Stag Do in Ascot we were at one of the pubs outside the racecourse before the racing started and The Queen & Prince Philip went past us on the main road going to the racecourse the only time I ever saw them in person.
This year i saw in person BTCC drivers Alain Menu, Tim Harvey, Andy Rouse, Paul Radisich
A few years ago i was at Wembley Stadium for the Charlton & Sunderland final cup game. Me and my Brother in Law were standing around by one of the bar areas and Pixie Lott her sister and brother all decided to stand next to us. Before the game Pixie and her sister went to the bar as they went past Pixie brushed past me. I could have easily spoke to her but i didn't, i got a couple of pics of her at halftime as she was chatting with people who she was with that day again in same area.

I'm not fussed about getting autographs with celebs i could of easily for example got pics and autographs with Alain Menu, Tim Harvey, Andy Rouse, Paul Radisich recently but seeing them in person was enough for me.

I went to stay with my dad in Camden a couple of months ago while 30p Lee or Gullis were in the news mithering about LUNDUN LIBRIL ELEETS! I was thinking away on the way back from Tesco about how that's nonsense and North London isn't some giant coffee shop of prominent remainers, then I instinctively gave a wait-I-know-you nod to Alastair Campbell as I walked past him  :fp:

I've told this story a couple of times before, but back in 2003 my dad was giving me a lift to sixth form and he pulled in about a minute away from our house because I'd forgotten my bag (got great grades that year ngl :shifty: ). I came back around the corner and saw a scruffy man with a guitar finishing a conversation through my dad's car window. He started towards me and I realised it was Pete Doherty. I was a fan at the time and said a friendly hello to him. My dad asked me how I knew that man and I said he was in a band I liked. My dad said that Doherty had thought he was a taxi and asked to go to Waterloo station. I found out later he didn't show up in France for the start of a tour :slol:

I was in the same restaurant as Soarise Monica Jackson (Erin from Derry Girls) a few months ago. Didn't speak to her because that would be weird.
