I'm up to chapter 6 in this. It's strawberry floating good.

The story is quite surprising, and it isn't particularly embarassing or clumsy in its execution. A few of the bits of dialogue have resonated with me.

I don't know if I'll attempt the extra content when I'm done. The main game hasn't been too bad a challenge, but getting some of those strawberries has been a bloody (delightful) nightmare.

Like me then. I got enough strawberries to see [REDACTED] and played the final A-side, and that was enough.

Chapter 9 though. Image

I REALLY need to go back and finish this. I absolutely adored what I have played but it just got squeezed out as I was tackling a bunch of other games at the same time.

I saw this topic rejuvenated and excitedly thought the DLC had arrived!

But it hasn't :(

Guys the DLC just dropped and you need to play it!

...is what I imagine I'll be saying when I play it

Like float you'll be bothering to come on here when you do instead of getting straight into it!

Andddd done. Great game. The boss sequence with the dark version of Madeleine went on a bit too much, but that's only a small niggle.

I completed the first B Side as well. This game does not strawberry float around. Can't see myself having the willpower play all them, but the first showcased some very good level design.

Have you played the core? You should definitely play that at least!

Good going :toot:

I went to the core, and there's a door there. I assumed that I would have to do the B sides to open that. Maybe I'm wrong.

Oh right there's Crystal hearts. Hmm. I may do this.

Yeah, the Core is like the game's optional epilogue, whereas the B-sides are just bonus challenges. Getting all the crystal hearts is fun too

My B sides seem to be contributing to the cores door as well.

I think I'm done anyway. The precision involved in playing this is just something I don't have anymore. I'm glad I played it. Surprisingly, it's one of my favourite games on the system so far.

Edit - Had nothing better to do, Core is completed

Ooh bloody hell, we’re in for a treat. Eventually.

Celeste creator Matt Thorson has revealed Celeste's upcoming DLC will contain over 100 new levels but has still yet to confirm when the free content will be available.

...

The new stages will reportedly take the form of one continuous chapter with no B-side and feature new items and mechanics (although no strawberries). In terms of difficulty, they're said to be trickier than "the current hardest levels".
