PostCEX Online Issues

They sent me the incorrect iPad Air 2 Case last week (I got the iPad Air 1 Case) and have still not replied to my emails - is there another way I can get in contact with them? Really disappointed by their service online.

Fairly near in Harrow, yes - I could try that, but I thought you can only return online items back to their warehouse in Watford. I Could drive down to Watford, but that's a pain and a joke! I cannot believe such a large company does not have a dedicated phone line!

No idea if they're accurate or not.


You can also try sending your message to them by posting it on their Facebook/Twitter so it's publicly viewable. That usually gets companies responding pretty sharpish.

Quick update - the first number confirms that they do not have a telephone number - email only!

The second number, which I assume is the Watford number does not work.

Will be storming into a store this weekend, what a joke!

They finally emailed me back and i returned it. Lets hope i get the correct ipad air 2 case this time.
