It wasn't much of a twist. A twist would have been that the princess had already been dead for hours or that she was the kidnapper.

Quite excellent.

That was really good. Definitely more timely than timeless. Pretty much exactly what I was expecting

Yeahh, I felt like this a bit, but then just tried to overthink it to then cancel out that feeling.

I laughed at the initial "reveal" of the ransom though.


I would respect the hell out of the PM if he did that for realz though.

I thought it would end up being an elaborate prank by the 'Facebook princess' but it was set up from the beginning, which was good enough for me. Although it's not like "artist points out horrors in YOU!" is anything new.

Boring and poorly written mostly.

I liked it, generally.

Other than the glaring plot hole pointed out by rinks, I quite enjoyed that.

Maybe he just had slender fingers? I guess he would have made his finger up beforehand too.

Really enjoyed that. Another plot-hole was the bloke tweeting a picture of the porn star. He took the picture in front of everyone so surely would have been jumped on and his camera phone confiscated.

I loved that the kidnapper was a Turner prize winner given that the awards show is tomorrow night

That was alright ignoring the plot holes..

I quite liked the lead up as in some bizarre way you felt like perhaps one day in the future something like this could happen. It's one of those shows though I will never need to watch again, there wasn't enough meat and the characters were instantly forgettable. That blonde girl at the hospital, how long was the staff sitting there for?

I liked it, but I couldn't buy the fact that everyone was happy to negotiate with terrorists.

It's good to see a few one-off stories though and I hope it gets a second series (Brooker already has another story written).

Eh, watchable enough silly predictable fluff. Knew everything that was going to happen before it did. Nothing about the ransom made me think the terrorist would actually go through with it. Plus the plot holes mentioned. Not sure how well it worked as a commentary on pop/internet culture.

tbh, I spent a lot of the time thinking "Man, Charlie Brooker would rip this idiocy to shreds on Screenwipe..."

Still, I'll tune in for the other two anyway.
