It'll take place on Friday 22, Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 January :toot:

It's so simple to join in: just play any GTA game at any time on any of those days and post in the (upcoming) event thread afterwards; just a few lines about what you thought of the game. If you want to post screenshots or clips, that's even better!

For now, please just note the event in your diary and I'll launch the event thread before it starts. Thanks, GTA players!

I'd be interested.

Other than a brief go of Liberty City Stories, I've not played any of the PSP/DS handheld entries. I think I have Chinatown Wars on both consoles so could go for that.

Once you've taken screenshots on your PC, you can upload them to an image host such as Imgur, Bertie (just Google imgur upload on your PC). Once a screenshot has been uploaded, press your right mouse button on it and select "copy image location" (or something like that).

Then return here, start a new post and click on the IMG button just above the blank posting area. Paste your copied link between the two IMG codes like this:

Seems complicated at first but it's real quick once you're used to it.

I don't have Xbox myself, SEP, but I just looked on the Xbox web store and it doesn't look like Vice City is available for download; nor does it appear to have been added to backwards compatibility yet.

Unless an Xbox expert can say different!

the ps2 era GTA games are dirt cheap on Steam id recommend picking them up on there if you want to play one this weekend
dont need a particularly amazing pc to play them!

I have great memories of playing GTA3 with friends and taking it in turns to see how much carnage we could cause to get up to a 5 star wanted level and then how long we could survive with that level of heat!

I’ve been spending a stupid amount of time watching YouTube videos and modifying the PC version of GTA 5 and it’s quite good fun. Playing the game brings back brilliant memories. The writing is fun, the world is incredible, and the police are just brilliant.

I’ve started from fresh, so I am really low level. But I am finding it fun. Something that cyberpunk actually missed. Might be a bit harsh.

Been modding GTA v alot, and i've become a little obsessed. But its good fun and i'm enjoying being back to it.

RTX3070 with a 3600x and some afterburner just to check FPS impacts.
