Ryan your not the first one to recommend that bar .... I think somewhere at the start of this thread someone said the same thing but the bar with added strawberry! Looks like something I will have to look into!

I posted two reviews today so if you guys get time have a look at this

It's a must for when i'm going to the cinema, or having a star wars marathon night etc

But just like most chocolate, especially white chocolate - it can become sickening.

Indeed German suppliers for the win!! DGC are absolutely fantastic! Nicest people ever! They sent me what must be nearing on a couple of hundred pounds worth chocolate about a week ago ... I open my inbox today and they are already suggesting they send me across another one full of the Xmas ranges! Legends! If you see anything on their site you want to see reviewed let me know and I will get on to them!

Freak Out Requiem IV wrote:Personally I'm quite fond of the Snickers flapjack, it provides much needed anti-nutrition and yet doesn't make me want to scoff tens of them like I do almost anything else with chocolate in... today, for instance, I ate 12 consecutive Mini Treats to boost my sugar levels to work tonight. And drank two cans of Pepsi. I must have demolished my sugar RDA before I even got halfway through that, especially considering a can of Pepsi apparently contains 40% of it. Who knew? Not me.

Point is, each to his own. If you have any more Snickers flapjacks, I'm happy to take them off your hands. :P

Haha RDA's are for wussies any way man! We only live once after all!! What are Mini Treats!?

Unfortunately I actually had to buy that Snickers Flapjack :O :O :O shocking I know!! So no more to share I'm afraid! I'm running the German chocolate comp soon though ... just trying to think of something decent to be the actual 'competition' though hmmmmm

I can't find anything about them online, which seems bizarre, so here's a photo instead that I've just taken of the pack I've just yanked out of the bin:

They're essentially the "ordinary" Kinder chocs, but small. Really small. Difference is, these come in packs of 16, so with some self control it's pretty easy to spread these out sensibly. (Without self control you end up eating the whole pack, see: me. I can't be blamed for their being impossibly delicious.)

ahhh the Kinder Maxi! I had verrrrry similar conclusions to your own my friend!!

Freak Out Requiem IV wrote:I didn't realise that was what they were called. Then again, I buy these at Lidl, so perhaps these aren't the localised variant.

Yeah, they're unfulfilling in small amounts, but that filling! Impossibly delicious. The only chocolate fillings I prefer to this are the hazelnut creme in the Bueno and whatever's in Rocher.

Ferrero really know how to please me.

The Kinder Maxxi / Snack / Chocolate .... it is always changing its name ... but yeh I think it depends largely on the region and where it is brought in from!

I have recently reviewed a hell of a lot of Ferrero goodies thanks to Dean-German-Grocery

I would strongly recommend the Rondnoir and Raffaello!! ... two of my Ferrero faves!
