Saw Christmas products in the supermarket for first time this year today.

With the exception of the turkey, I've bought almost everything for Christmas already. Yes, even the mince pies (which were on promotion in SEPTEMBER).

And now it's been revealed Michael Gove is handling the food supply chain, I'm even more happy I've done it all. Now I've just got to make sure I don't eat it before December.

I swear the house at the very top of our road has got Christmas lights up in their trees. Either that or it's still their covid decorations and I've not noticed them before.

There's a few around our neighbourhood that leave lights in trees all year round. There pretty well attached and you only notice if you're really looking for them so it gets a pass from me

It's insane how quickly this year seems to have gone. It feels like we're at most 3 months in to the year, but it's nearly over already
