If you parboiled them you can freeze them at thay point and roast them from frozen at that point.

How to freeze roast potatoes/chips

Peel (or don’t) the potatoes and cut into the size and shape of your choice. Pop the potato into boiling water and parboil until the potato is almost cooked, tender but still firm, the timing will depend on the size of your potatoes (a couple minutes for chips and up to five minutes for larger roast potatoes). Plunge the potatoes into a bowl of iced water to stop the cooking process, then drain using a colander, shaking the potatoes to fluff them up.
Heat some oil, goose or duck fat until hot and toss the potato through it to coat. Allow to cool, then lay the potato on a tray without letting them touch each other. Pop the tray into the freezer and when frozen solid, (about six to 12 hours) transfer to a resealable, airtight freezer bag, remove any excess air, label and pop back into the freezer.

How to cook roast potatoes/chips from frozen

Cook from frozen for best results. Pop roasties or chips straight into a heated oven at the original temperature, adding 10-15 more minutes cooking time for roasties or bigger cuts of potato.
You can fry chips straight from frozen.

Depends, if you ahve a gooseberry fool load of other stuff to do being able to just drag them from the freezer and hoof 'em in the oven its easier as there is far less timing to worry about, chopping and gooseberry fool and more time to get pissed

Bought my first football top ever last week as a Christmas present. My 12 year old daughter plays for Lakeside FC and while she's a Coventry City fan her favourite player is Millie Bright who plays for Chelsea, so a Chelsea top is what she wanted with her surname and her player number. (7)

£60 just for the top, a kids football top, even before the lettering is applied! :shock:

My christmas shopping is now 99% complete, the tree however will not be going up until December.

Also, is it just me? Or are a lot of the Christmas ads on TV this year generally a bit gooseberry fool? One of the worst being the Sainsburys one in which the camera zooms around the room as everything is frozen in time (which is just plain annoying), oh and Dominos can strawberry float right off.

The best i've seen is probably the McDonalds one with the big blue monster, or the John Lewis alien one.
