There are about 5-6 issues per trade. That goes for Walking Dead and most series.

Don't know about Haunted Knight. I believe it was the stuff Loeb and Sale worked on before LH and DV.

I brought it a while back because the guy said he was only doing a limited run. They're still available on his site though.
