Daredevil 1 - once again Waid continues to make this the most fun book on the shelves. I love the art and just the whole remit of Daredevil tackling adversity is brilliant. I also like how Waid can use continuity to his advantage, unlike so many other writers.

Just got around to reading this and yeah it was fantastic. What's going on with Foggy though? Did he have a spy cam in his fake urn or something? Art was great too, perfect style for this series.

Basically. Plus all his character development over the course of Superior is gone unless he backed up his mind off-panel.

If that's all there is to the return of Peter Parker then it's a poor payoff. It just seemed to happen without enough build up. A bit more of Octavius accepting and dealing with the fact he had failed would have been much better.
