Forum rules
  • The Committee of Action is an apparatus of struggle.
  • There is no sense in guessing beforehand precisely what strata of the toilers will be attracted to the creation of Committees of Action: the lines of demarcation in the struggling masses will be established during the struggle itself.
  • Real mass elections of the Committees of Action would automatically eject the bourgeois middlemen from the ranks of the People’s Front and thus blow to smithereens the criminal policy dictated by Moscow.

It occurred to me we probably need a thread for small questions & points, or just informal chat amongst people who're using this board.

Is this where we secretly plot the overthrow of the capitalists that run this hellhole?

I've prepared some code to help with the upgrade process.

10 REM *** GRcade v3.0 Installer ***
20 INPUT "Enter your user ID:";identity$
30 IF (identity$ = "Karl_") OR (identity$ = "Green Gecko") THEN GOTO 60
40 PRINT "User "; identity$ , " is not legit. Hack prevention in progress."
50 END
60 PRINT "Welcome, "; identity$ ;", to the upgrade program."
70 INPUT "Enter your password:";pass$
80 IF (identity$="Karl_" AND pass$="Anime") OR (identity$="Green Gecko" AND pass$="Design") THEN GOTO 120
90 PRINT "Password "; pass$; "is not legit. Hack prevention in progress."
100 END
120 PRINT "Password accepted. Upgrade in progress..."
130 For upgrade = 1 to 5
140 Print "Boosting GR power to "; upgrade;"!"
145 BASIC_EXTENSION (upgrade_GRcade_power, upgrade)
150 IF upgrade = 3 THEN GOTO 170
160 NEXT upgrade
170 Print "Upgrade complete! Rock me Amadeus!"
180 BASIC_EXTENSION (url_link, " https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=cVikZ8Oe_XA ")
190 END

I say we take off and nuke the entire site from orbit.

It's the only way to be sure.

I don't really think it warrants a seperate thread, but what's the chances of 2-Factor Authentication for logins please Karl?
I have it enabled on every online thing that I do, aside from the few that don't have it as an option.

Is it difficult to introduce? Doesn't have to be mandatory, just opt-in or something?

In case you didn't see, Minty let us know that Discourse has an option for this. Not sure how we'd do it in PhpBB. Thanks for bringing it up, I think it'd be good to have.

I hadn't even thought about MFA, great idea. I think it should be mandatory for those with elevated access as well.
