That's the Bristol Stool Scale. Makes sense, because Bristol is gooseberry fool.

At the moment it should be renamed the Manchester United Stool Scale :shifty: .

Can we give it the correct, official title please - Desolate North East.

Let's face it, every location is just jealous of the one true pearl of the UK landscape - Exeter.

Exeter has a decent town centre, and my mam works there (and lives nearby), so it gets a pass. Bristol makes me think of strawberry floating awful traffic on the M5.

Too many broken down cars there for my liking

You can’t judge Bristol just because hoards of Brummies are fleeing south down the M5.

Ah, that would explain the references of "unpleasantness" that were brought up in a recent HR meeting regarding my attendance.

To be fair, Exeter is a lovely place.

Edit - did not read the spoiler and thought i was being really clever. Now i appear humorless.

WHO Declares Coronavirus Outbreak a Global Health Emergency

The World Health Organization on Thursday declared the outbreak of a novel coronavirus a global health emergency, an acknowledgement of the risk the virus poses to countries beyond its origin in China and of the need for a more coordinated international response to the outbreak.

WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus made the announcement following a meeting of the WHO’s emergency committee. Last week, the committee had recommended that a public health emergency of international concern, or PHEIC, not be declared yet because of limited spread of the virus outside of China.

Tedros reconvened the committee this week because some other countries, including Japan, Germany, Vietnam, and, as of Thursday, the United States, had reported limited human-to-human transmission of the virus — a warning sign that the virus could start circulating more broadly outside China.

So if you're keeping track, we're at about 8,200 infected, and out of those 171 deaths and 143 recovered, so over 60% mortality rate of people infected. :dread: That might sound pretty bad it's most likely the people who have died so far had weaker immune systems and as time goes on the mortality rate will probably decrease as those who were relatively healthy recover from it.

Don't worry Moggy, once we leave the EU and pull up the drawbridge we won't have to accept these foreign pathogens in our great country :toot:
