Just been checking back through our HR system for my absences from the last few years. We don't have the Bradford Factor or any of that gooseberry fool but thought it would be interesting to look at how I would have fared under the setup Moggy described.
Looking at data from 2012 until last year I was generally pretty good, average of 3.6 days absence per year, with occurrences being just over 3... although that is only true if you remove the outlier data for 2018 where it seems I managed to have 13 days absent across 6 occurrences!
Where do I collect my P45 from?
