I had a blue NHS England letter through the door saying my age group is now being vaccinated and that I should book an appointment. Great, but I had my first dose 3 weeks ago 
It appears I'm on 2 registers, a wales and an England one, and it also tells me there's no real record of who's had what. Whatever database spat that out should already know what I've had.

My fear at the moment is that I'm somehow still on the register in England and that's why I've not heard anything about getting the jab here

Daft question, but are you registered at a local GP surgery? Being the embodiment of physical fitness that I am, I only needed to register at the local surgery at the beginning of last year, so until then I think any and all correspondence was probably still going to my old England flat. This is probably why I'm getting the England letter (complete with NHS number which is definitely tied to my Wales surgery now). Your appointment might just be being sent to Exeter.

Much like you I am the very image of peak human condition (possibly even beyond this when you take into account my mutant skin) so I hadn't bothered to register with a GP when we moved, but I did make sure it was done when the pandemic kicked off just to cover this very situation - I've even looked out the letter from the surgery confirming my registration just to make sure.
I'm probably just being paranoid and the letter with my vaccine appointment will turn up soon!
