I still chance my luck every morning on the NHS booking website, just incase there's another case of them having allowed more age groups to book whilst not actually updating the text to reflect that.
Visiting the outside of a couple of pubs today after I finish my uni day work, ridiculously excited about getting to go to a pub and actaully see my mate for a chat over a pint.

Amazing. I'm not even sure news websites are reporting such an obviously stupid mistake. Might be Breaking News.
I'm guessing the call didn't resolve it and you'll have to wait a few weeks before their system updates?
The website for booking an appointment (rather than going via the GP etc) let's you book the 2nd vaccine appointment alongside the 1st although there's no option to choose the vaccine you get. You can probably increase the odds of getting an MRNA vaccine if choosing the hospital sites or ultra large vaccine centres like at football stadiums or event arenas.

That's the sort of thing I'd email Private Eye about to get it in the media

I booked mine through the NHS website and it was for both jabs (one tomorrow and one in early July).
I think it depends on how it was booked. Mine was booked through work. When I had the jab I was given the blue card and noticed the second appointment bit was blank. I asked what I needed to do for the second appointment and they said wait until Friday and go online to book. Which I did but obviously didn't work as discussed.

Hmm. My second date box is blank, I didn't notice at the time so will look online next week then. My first was just from a letter arriving so maybe it'll be the same for the other.
I got my first jab today, the date of the second appointment is blank on the blue card too.
I think maybe they just fill that bit in once you've actually had it.
I booked mine online, and when you do that, you have to book both jabs at the same time. So, I already know when and where I'm getting the second one.
So, my guess is, you'll just be told nearer the time. You could always ring 119 or check with your GP's surgery if you're unsure, because it is a bit confusingly worded.
My guess, again, is that you shouldn't have a problem. By then, given we've bought a bazillion doses and new ones are coming on stream all the time, I'd doubt there will be shortages and they'll be given out free with happy meals.

It tastes so good! It was actually a fairly mediocre beer that I wouldn't go out my way for usually, but being my first beer from a pub for a long time it was epic.

It doesn't count unless you are filmed and interviewed about it for BBC News.
Had 1st dose yesterday of the Astrazeneca vaccine. Feel fine today aside from my arm being a bit sore. I was kind of expecting more of a reaction because most of the anecdotal evidence suggested that was more likely if you'd previously had covid.
Went out into town to get some bits and pieces, parking being cheaper than postage on various things etc, and while the shops had all their rules etc, walking around in the street it was like none of the last year happened.
My Dad wants me to come and visit overnight in a few weeks, the week before indoor mixing is allowed (he lives a couple hundred miles from me). It's been a few months since it was first mentioned, and I've been saying I'm not against the idea, but wanted to make sure easing of restrictions and statistics progress well - which it seems they are, and I don't feel too uncomfortable by technically breaking rules by a week considering I've not seen him, my step mum and brother in 14 months. We're also planning to do an organised trail race on one of the days, so would involve a little mixing, but all outdoors.
But then I saw something on BBC news a few weeks ago that said staying overnight at someone else's won't be allowed until the end of June. It's since been removed, so I'm hoping it was a mistake, and hoping there's an announcement soon about what is exactly allowed during the next easing.
I mentioned about being invited to my sisters, and they just approach it from a "just go strawberry floating see him" point of view, saying "what's going to happen". I get the feeling they're more approaching this from a "We're tired of lockdown, we've got some freedoms now so going will justify anything against a 'it's unlikely to negatively affect me' mentality". I feel this is because they've been less 'isolated' than I have - one works in a customer-facing retail role, and they see each other regularly due to childcare - so the idea of visiting someone isn't as much of a 'line' to cross for them.
I feel even weighing this up makes me a complete bore, and makes it seem like I don't want to see my family - but I don't want to start deciding myself where I draw the line and just do what I want, as that's what I don't want other people to do. Sure, the risk is small with the current figures, and my Dad and step mum have had their first jab, but my sisters' complete lack of hesitation or weighing up of the situation was jarring and made me have a total "is it me who's wrong?" moment.
I most likely go visit, unless something goes really wrong with the figures these next few weeks - but the conversation keeps swimming in my head, and about the different mindsets. I've intentionally tried not to worry much about how other people were approaching things, as long as I did my own thing, stuck to rules, and the statistics went the right way then ignorance is bliss in terms of other people.
I guess until we get back to a more 'normal' society, in terms of mixing being something you don't think about, there's going to be a bit of a trasition period about having to get used to certain things you've avoid or told yourself not to do for a while - and different people will approach that 'personal easing' slightly differently.
