In some decent COVID news, Charlie Brooker is doing an Anti-Viral-Wipe!

For the first time since the Bafta-winning 2016 Wipe, Charlie Brooker (picture above, courtesy of Matt Holyoak) has been lured out of isolation, to go into isolation for the one-off Charlie Brooker's Antiviral Wipe (w/t) (1x30').

Charlie will be taking a typically sharp look at life in lockdown, in a show made during lockdown. As well as coverage of the crisis itself, he'll also be looking at the things people are watching and doing to keep themselves occupied. The show will also feature Philomena Cunk (Diane Morgan) with her own very special brand of in-depth reporting, alongside Barry Shitpeas (Al Campbell) and other contributors who haven't been told they're doing it yet, but have no good excuse not to.

Charlie Brooker says: “The BBC asked me to supply a quote for the press release, which is what you’re reading now."

For anyone who has their car insurance with Admiral, they’re refunding all policy holders £25 due to the virus (they realise nobody is driving anywhere).

Is that something you have to apply for or are they doing it automatically?

They’re saying it’ll automatically be credited by the end of May.

Considering I pay them £100 a month it's not great. Although I'll take what I can get and I have been driving a little bit.

There's absolutely no way claims have gone down by the level that they can give all policyholders £25 back into their pockets, this is pure PR. And bloody good PR at that.

I just heard some devastating news.
The virus can be spread by farts so see now have to all wear pants when we go outside.

Before we talk about coronavirus, I have some bad news about the EU. And the US president.

The new Nintendo is a great console though.
