I never left full lockdown either. I've only actually left my house 3 times in the last 6 months to go anywhere other than out to the bins which I do every few days.
This sounds horrific!
Should at least go for a walk every day. Must have piled on the lockdown weight with this lifestyle? Playing some Nintendo Fitness game or similar indoors just isn't going to have the same effect as even a 20 minute fast walk will do for either physical or mental health.
I hope the 3 times were at least during the heatwave too.

I'm not being flippant but without at least daily walks I honestly think I wouldve topped myself staying inside for that long. Do you not all get incredibly strong cabin fever?
I go out very early every day for either dog walks or running, but I've only been to a public setting 3 times. People don't give a toss about this, so I'm not going near them.
I've gone out very little bar supermarkets and a couple of restaurant trips during the summer. Have had family and friends round but mostly exercise at home or going for runs round the village.
If I'm honest, it's been really good for my physical health. I've completely lost my "weekends are for getting drunk" (oi oi!) attitude and have lost weight and got in better shape as a result.
At this rate Marcus Rashford will have a knighthood in the New Year’s honours for twice shaming the government into feeding children during a pandemic.

Boris Johnson doesn't give a gooseberry fool about the majority of his own kids, so why would he care about anyone else's?
So the government oppose feeding hungry and vulnerable children, but supports fat bastards getting a gooseberry fool burger at weatherspoons 3 nights a week for a months and the government paying half the bill?
Makes sense.
Looking forward to the government climb down and Rashford winning again.

To be fair to Boris, the tax payer cannot afford to feed all of the PMs kids.

I'm a generally misanthropic, introverted neurodiverse only child with grass pollen allergies, I've loved interacting with other people as little as possible and am quite used to it for much of the summer anyway.

Bad timing on this as well as Wales have just announced that they will cover free school meals over the holidays until Easter 2021
The government are happy to pay £30k a week for each consultant that isn't doing a very good job at getting track and trace working. Or £108 million to a pest control company for PPE that they haven't supplied. Or £252 million to Ayanda for poor quality PPE that couldn't be used. Or to give Robert Jenrick £25 million for his constistuency as long as returns the favour. Or to write off £30k council tax bill for Dominic Cummings. Or to give a large PPE contract to PPEMedro, a company setup by Tory donors a few weeks ago and literally just dropships from Alibaba.
But ask for a few pennies so that children don't starve and it's a flat "no". They are blatantly corrupt at this point.
Breaking international law is constitutional now, but Wales actually caring about it's citizens isn't. strawberry float you Mogg you piece of gooseberry fool.

I have anxiety so going out for me is more likely to make me want to top myself than staying in my safe little bubble. Plus I've had bad hayfever this year so going out is only going to make that worse.

How are you not vitamin D deficient?
I have no idea, but thankfully I don't seem to be.
