A girl I know does a pretty damn good Storm:

She's currently up on an IGN versus competition. She's up against the actual facial model for Samara, doing Samara cosplay. Which is a tad unfair.

The Garrus one should have worn some makeup around the eyes and used coloured contact lenses or something, since having human looking eyes peering through the holes looks pretty rubbish.
