Yeah, old Larry would have definitely commented on that!

With regards to the final scene, it was Larry (real life, not character) conducting the orchestra at the end, right?

I was thoroughly enjoying series 11 on Sky before it suddenly vanished from the library, and checking now it seems that series 11, 10 and 9 are no longer on there - what gives?

Curb set to return on 4th Feb (on HBO Max in America), for what is being called 'the final season'. I'm happy to see it back, but think it's sensible to bring it to an end too. I have enjoyed the series throughout, but the gap between each season widens. Sensible to end the program whilst it's still reaching it's highs.

The finale was a delight which was a relief after the disappointing season.

Watched it my lunch hour. Delighted with it honestly.

Not just a great finale but a great episode. What I mean is a lot of my comfort, rewatchable comedy have nice endings - but you often wouldn't stick a finale on after the pub on Friday. Wrapped up the show in a nice way - but as well as a great finale as funny as it's best episodes, take away it being special still probably in the top 15 best episodes.

There's a few special episodes throughout it's run that could have served as it's finale (the Seinfeld oneend of season 7, when he "dies"end of season 5, The wholesome one when he settles down with the Blacks end of season 6 or just end of season 8 in Paris - he's going to be like this forever) -
Loved all the fake outs (the gun, the Seinfield prison ending, indeed the seinfeld plane ending and all the meta stuff. Possibly didn't feel final - anymore so then the other end of season finals I mentioned - but that's ok. They always just try to be funny - if they went for something dramatic it wouldn't feel right.

but knowing this is the finale it was always going to hit me in the feels when the music kicked in - it's been going for all of my adult life!

A real treat

Brilliant ending. Basically what I expected but it very much worked with some hilarious moments and corrected the wrong of the Seinfeld finale. Bravo!
