If you use Dust Storm with the fruit on screen it'll become detached and float around. You can use Dust Storm further to move the fruit about. The fruit is explosive, so once you've got it floating, go use Dust Storm next to the rock with the yellow bits to guide it to hit it and blow it up. I think that should get you on the right track.

:dread:

Just went back to it now, did all the side quests first before heading to that area, and it was all exactly the same, no different at all. No purple fruit to blow it up with, no way around the building on fire, nothing. I jumped back up to the top, not going past any fruit at all, try and attack the thing out of frustration, do a dust storm then all of a sudden the fruit pops out of nowhere to blow it up. The game was either bugged and it was just invisible the whole time, or it's hidden behind the environment somewhere. About 35% in now I think, just had the attack on Aurora. I'm not THAT blown away by the game as i'm pretty shite at combo's and can never seem to get anything above about 250 or so, but it's good enough at passing the time.

Just played Terraria for the first time. What the strawberry float am I supposed to be doing. Literally just walked right for eleven minutes spamming the mouse button trying to kill slimes for no apparent reason.

NFS Rivals. Its not too shabby and racing around on either side of the law is a lot of fun, but its all been done before.

Tekken Tag 2. Love it. Tekken at its finest.

Completed Bioshock, finally, got the good ending and absolutely loved it, superb game. Never before has it taken me so long to get round to finishing a game before

Another dent in the Steam backlog!

The Sims 3

Really loving this. My Sims is getting fairly good money, but the work pattern is pretty rubbish so I'm thinking of dropping it once I've reached highest level of it - was going to anyway as I want to try various of work places to see the benefits / such. When my Sim does have free time I've enjoyed having bunch of options to do.

I haven't adopted the dog yet as I'd want the Sim to have lot of free time first. The seasons expansion however is brilliant, the change of scene as well the events are pretty fun :)

Not sure if I've preferred original or this yet, though.

Also playing through Ys Origins on Steam. Loving it.

Hotel Dusk: Room 215.

Bought this for my mum years ago when she got her DS (which, predictably, she hardly ever uses). I always thought this game looked interesting. Looking forward to seeing how the story develops.

It is good, right?

It's alright but it could have done with more puzzles. And the puzzles could've been made to fit into the story better. The bowling, for example, is just dumb. It's definitely better than the sequel though and has a decent story.

Both Kyle Hyde games are great, though the puzzles in them aren't as interesting as either of the Another Code games. They're basically beautifully presented visual novels.

Where's the tutorial then? It drops me down next to some dude called Kevin who's always running away from gooseberry fool with a broken UI. I resorted to finding some guide on the Steam forums which said go get loads of wood and build a house, so I got loads of wood then had no idea how to do anything after that.

Dunno where the tutorial is. I've only played the PS3 and Vita versions and both of them have one.

Titan Quest Gold

Yet another ARPG (it's one of the few game genres I can actually easily play) but with an ancient Greek theme (so Centaurs, Satyrs and Harpies in place of the usual demon hordes).

Had to restart twice after messing up my character class choice (which you choose after a few minutes play rather than at the outset and a secondary class at level 8) and then realizing I wasn't playing with the expansion pack enabled (I though Immortal Throne was a sequel rather than add-on).

Quite good so far despite having to play with a semi-broken mouse.

Thanks. I'm only about an hour in but, if the story's good, that's good enough for me

Still playing Sims 3 off and on. Although I've started to get into Garry's Mod, though to mess around really. Wouldn't mind to try out TTT games however.

I tend to want play games where there's no end game but rather let me do stuff I fancy doing at the moment. I'm playing through Ys Origins however when I fancy it, Ys games  (Still got Ys 1&2 waiting to be played, might do Ys 1 after I've finished first playthrough of Ys Origins) as well Borderlands 2 (though not in hurry to get it "completed" since I've done that countless of times on 360)

Time for bed methinks.

Sims 3, still.

Lot of bad moments but I'm finding it more interesting to let things go like that and have different situations rather than stick with 'good' outcome all time.

Might play Borderlands 2 or Ys Origin later on though.

Saints Row 2

Nearly at the end of this now, handful of missions left. Still enjoyable, although some of the later missions are incredibly frustrating due to idiotic AI and/or shitty controls.

Can’t really be arsed with the diversions and activity things, and I won’t be bothering to continue playing for achievements etc, but it’s been good.
