I'm cracking on with Death Road to Canada on Switch and I just made my best run yet; it must have lasted around thirty-five minutes. A wee bit unlucky at the end too; I got caught up by a door with only about four zombies there but I couldn't get away. I earnt another three Zombie Points to spend on a new trait :-).

I'm not sure how many days I lasted nor how many I had to go; I don't think it's that clear unless I'm missing something. Still haven't worked out if / how you can save, either. After an initial period of uncertainty, I'm more than happy that I picked this up, though.

It does, Milner - you can spend any Zombie Points collected on building characters with better skills. When I first played the game I didn't think that I was going to like it but, after an hour or two, I'm finding it to be very moreish... I woke up this morning thinking that I deffo want to play it further.

I used three Zombie Points to purchase the Sound Sleeper trait. I've applied it to a new char... let's see how long I survive on the Death Road :toot: .

Edit: I might make up other chars based on GRcadians  .
Edit: The music ROCKS HARD :datass: .

Once I am done with Diablo 3 I will give this another go me thinks! Sounds like your having a great time with it.

This one has been on my watch list a while! Looks quite similar to Organ Trail (a zombie-themed pastiche of The Oregon Trail).

Myself I've been playing Fallout 76 on PS4 and Rico on Switch - the latter just came out and is great fun, even in singleplayer, although I did have a quick go at local co-op and that is definitely where the game excels.

The art style kind of reminds me of the point & click games made by Amanita Design, looks a bit like a mix between Samarost and Botanicula.

I'd not heard of either (not my genre), but looking at some screenshots I see where you're coming from - especially with Botanicula.

Still Spider-Man on PS4. It says I’m 82% done and I’ve hit the point where it’s kind of descending into tedium.

I was keeping on top of all the side stuff but then Act 2 reaches a close and you get Taskmaster challenges, 10 more faction crimes for every area... more enemy strongholds, really?

I’d just crack on with the story but I know the side stuff won’t get touched if I do.

Max Payne 3

So many questions.

Why do I sometimes lose my weapons after a cut scene?
Why does my weapon always switch back to a pistol after a cut scene, when I had something else equipped initially?
Why can I not drop certain weapons?
Why is Max's dialogue so over-acted?
Why does the game constantly trigger cut scenes without warning that then block off areas I was hoping to explore?
Why does bullet time seem to be disabled on the occasions that I actually want to use it?

I like the game for the most part, but damn is it frustrating at times.

Pac Man 256. Slowly trying to get all power ups when playing it in bursts, it's different than usual, but I like it. Not so much on the pink ghosts though, and red also...

Toy Story 3.

Well I'm impressed by this. Toy box mode is fantastic and also had brief go on first level in story and it was fun enough. For £3 on Xbox I can't complain.

Assassin's Creed Rogue Remaster
Finally picked this up last week and been going through it most of the weekend, and I'm really enjoying it. Yes it may just be more Black Flag but that no bad thing as Black Flag is my favorite AC game.
Going back to these old style of AC games is actually quite refreshing from Odyssey, and the story is actually really dam good.

Trails Rising Switch
Picked up the switch version mainly due to portability and whilst the graphics have been noticeably downgraded it's still the full Trails Rising package which should be applauded

Spider-Man on PS4. Maybe I’m just a bit gooseberry fool at this but these Sable jet pack banana splits that are turning up everywhere have virtually ruined the game for me.

Final wave of a Sable stronghold and doing just fine then half a dozen jet pack banana splits turn up and I’m dead :x

Still Motorsport Manager, just about to finish my second season, wanted to stick around in the lowest tier just to get a grip on the game mechanics a bit more before moving up, still really enjoying it. I’ve never really gotten into management games (like Football Manager or similar) but I can definitely see why so many people put so many hours into them now, they’re quite addictive!

Gone back to Resident evil : The Umbrella chronicles after just about finishing everything in the sublime RE2 remake.

This Umbrella Chronicles is still shite. I’m currently playing the destruction of raccoon city. This strawberry floating level goes on & on & on & on & on.

What a drainer of a game. I will finish it though. I’ve got the will power to make it through this.

Spider-Man on PS4. I was hoping to get the platinum trophy in this but not sure I’ll be able to. Right now I doubt if I’ll be able to amass enough challenge tokens to unlock everything since I can rarely score better than a silver on those Taskmaster challenges.

strawberry float me the latest exotic quest in Destiny is such bullshit. After one of the worst grinds I've seen in this grindy game (500 strawberry floating kills in MP with hand cannons) it then has you do a rock hard Nightfall strike.

With my clan now more or less dead, I had to do it with randoms off the Bungie app. Cue an hour of frustration as we died over and over.

Urgh. I need to find a new clan I suppose.

Is it as many as 500? I heard is said void kills or hand cannon kills, but if you combined the two and used a void hand cannon (think the IKELOS one counts) then you "only" needed 200.

At least you weren't penalised for losses like with The Last Word. Though to be honest I would personally prefer having that and fewer kills needed.

It was 500 without void, and 250 with as far as I read. As I'm useless with any and all void hand cannons so I was using The Last Word. It actually wasn't that bad seeing as how that gun is super OP (or I'm just really good with it lol) and I was having fun by the end but finding out there's another strawberry floating step after was too much.

I might try the strike again over the weekend.

I found that one Last Word step more frustrating I think, but once I figured out I had to stay alive rather than charging in blindly and hoping for kills it took me about 2 or 3 hours in total? The Thorn grind was 6 hours minimum.

EDIT: Finally managed to get Thorn. Jesus H that was tough.

I finished Yakuza 0 on Legend last night, and now I'm clearing up the last ~15% of my completion list on Premium Adventure.

strawberry float me, some of this gooseberry fool is annoying. The cabaret is tedious (I'm sure it would've been fine spread out through the story, so that's on me) The catfights are unbearable. Some of the climax battles are just bullshit.

And fffffffffffffstrawberry float Fantasy Zone

Having mentioned it on here the other day about having played Ocarina of Time a lot over the years (after being amazed that Jawa hadn’t actually completed it!) I’ve just stated a game, however on the master quest variant of the game which I’ve never played before. I’m hoping it’ll be a nice change to a game that I absolutely love.
