That’s the magic of it. When you notice something new, or realise the importance of something seemingly unimportant. But yeah, towards the end i felt like I was committing a hate crime with some of the assumptions I was making!

Journey to a Savage Planet on gamepass.

Not bad. I was confused right before I got the grapple tether, but my progress with it has sped up a lot.

On a roll now :msgreen: Got about a third of them to go! What helped a great deal was knowing I'd found all the chapter events and vast majority of the crew. So now I'm just trying to figure out who everyone is. Easy! :slol:

It’s nearly 3am & I’m here to tell you that another dev has ruined their shite game by been even more shite as they have put a shite infuriating shite final boss with shite low rent robo squids which look like cheap Knock offs from The Matrix.

I’m talking about Crysis.
I feel like I’m having a crisis playing this. One last go as I’m going to throw a strawberry floatin wobbler..

Edit: Mu god he is such a banana split with his vanilla iced iced baby power. Then his mates take a pop aswell.
He’s probably a Tories party supporter.

Edit 2: Game on you Tory mother strawberry floater. I’ve found a good spot. As least I’m ready to slap the gooseberry fool out of him later as I need to go sleep.

He’s still a banana split though.

I'd recommend it, was really interesting playthrough!

Wish can be said same for Chris CQC only though. I did pick Very Easy and let Rebecca die but I was still expecting little of challenge, mainly bosses. Only Yawn has been challenging, but other than that I'm glad it was done. Still laughing at how easy Tyrant at lab is, dies in 7 or 8 hits

The Last of Us on PS4. I've beaten this before but it was years ago so the game feels largely fresh bar a few bits I remember. Really enjoying it bar a couple of BS moments where getting spotted and gooseberry fool kicking off seemed borderline scripted. Just done the bit at the farmhouse after the dam, I think it's the university area next.

Okami (Switch) - 12 hours in, couple of dungeons done but the game keeps getting better. Has to be probably the best implementation of fishing outside an actual fishing game. The only downside is the platforming which feels imprecise and usually has a massive drop underneath if you miss it. Hopefully they'll keep that to a minimum (but don't tell me if they don't for spoilers). Love the grappling mechanic though as long as you can get the camera to behave. It's heading for top 10 favourite games of all time at this rate.

Still plugging away at this, onto Area 3 now and I am still enjoying it. Only playing it in small bite sized chunks which might not be the ideal way to play these sorts of games.

Started yet another playthrough this time on Normal as Chris and ooh boy I can feel jump in difficulty, even though 0 deaths so far I've been very close to death more than few times!

Residence section done, Plant 42 wasn't painful as I thought - since I decided to save Richard again for his shotgun so no additional help from Rebecca - and I've had plenty of resources left now but with Hunters coming in soon I'll bound to struggle a bit :eyes:

I just don't expect extra zombies, some of sections that lacked zombies on Easy strawberry floated me up this difficulty :slol:

EDIT: Did it! finished it under 5hours too, so got new pistol out of it as well. Jill/Normal to do next!

Okami (Switch) - Just completed the moon cave and it's probably one of the best dungeons in a Zelda type game I've ever played. Amazing setting, great characters, interesting use of powers and a really good final boss (that maybe gets just a smidge repetitive. I only paid £9 and if the game had ended there then I'd be all up for a sequel. But it hasn't and I'm really looking forward to what direction they take it. Such a fantastic game.

Also please quote me in when you finish the game and come back to this post - there’s a comment you make that’s going to come back to haunt you.

Basically Okami is its own sequel. The way the story roughly happens in thirds, it's effectively three games bolted together, and will last you about 80-90 hours in all likelihood. That's just the main sort of stuff too. It's one of the biggest, non-open world collecthon, games out there.

It's great, but you will need to be strict with yourself in order to finish it. I'd imagine it's an easy game to put down and wandering absentmindedly away from.
