Only got into this properly last week; what initally started as just doing it for weekly challenge on Gamepass made me fell in love with it, Journey helps me understanding it better which I've now played it on PC for Classic difficulty but still playing through Journey mode on Xbox for achs/for fun.

Haha, I went in via the cloud to get the gamepass challenge done and I did actually enjoy myself.

Started Mini Motorways this morning and I instantly love it. It's going to be my new game for just relaxing and watching the hours fly by.

Think Cities Skylines on a tiny scale where the only thing you build is road networks. It's an amazingly simple idea but it makes for a tricky puzzle and it's so satisfying seeing all the little cars quickly reaching their destinations when you've built a good system.

Recompile - I found the gun :toot: First time I played it I was lost *and* constantly getting killed due to a lack of weapon *and* constantly falling into voids. Now I'm on the 2nd level and am enjoying it more. Except for the whole falling into voids thing. That sucks. Need a double jump asap.

Ghost of Tsushima
In Act 3 now, so getting close to end game. I've really enjoyed it and it looks stunning (don't think I've ever used a photo mode as much), but I've been feeling a bit of fatigue since the end of Act 1. I know the side content is the side content, but I wish it was less sprawling and more focussed. It's just falling a little short of classic status for me.

Runescape, Diablo 2 RE and Guild Wars 2 atm.

Enjoying Runescape more than I thought, although that's due to quests and non-combat stuff, some good stuff there and it's nice to dip in/out. Even though I can't do much without paying for sub, there seems be lot of content in free area and I plan to sub eventually.

Diablo 2 RE is Diablo 2, without some annoyances. Although I did try to get refund but Blizz didn't make it easy so I was like eh strawberry float it I'll play it. Not gonna give any more money to Blizzard though, they can eat gooseberry fool.

Guild Wars 2 is other side of Runescape, quests are alright and I like them but not enough to make me think about them - the combat/exploration on other hand is amazing. Great to dip in/out.

Still playing Brilliant Diamond, at least few hrs a day or such.

I bought minecraft on PS4 to play with my younger sister. While I imagine I'll still end up playing the PC version more with my friends when we inevitably get back into it, it's been nice to have something more co-operative to play with my sister.

Dragon Quest 11 - Switch -

After finishing Shin Megami Tensei V I'm now into turn based combat so I decided to give this a go. Tried previously but it didn't click with me. Now I bloody love it.

Nintendo levels of charm, probably my favourite art style for enemies in all of gaming too. A very relaxing game and a joy to explore and level up.

Wish my image sig would work

Metroid Dread - Really enjoying it. Far more than i thought I would. Really enjoying the atmosphere of it.

Halo 4 - About 3/4 of the way through. There have been some good set pieces but i'm kind of ready for it to wrap up now.

Back 4 Blood - rarely play online MP games, but have had a few sessions of this with a friend and have enjoyed what i've seen. I thought there was a way of closing your party completely from randoms (so its just filled out by bots), but, despite picking what i thought was that option, and the game starting with just the 2 of us, half way through the game a couple of randoms joined, which was annoying and has put me off playing again a bit.

I've played Back4Blood several times with a friend and bots, you're doing something wrong.

Undoubtedly, but I have set my session to closed and it did not try to recruit any other players so it auto filled with bots as desired. But then mid game it opened the gates to players (despite still showing session as closed).

Whatever I’m doing wrong should be more visible to me I feel.

I've played the opening couple of hours of Fez on Switch. I tried it years ago on the 360 but didn't complete it... IIRC I got a bit stuck.

It really is a smart looking game; simple but the design and colour are so good. The effects, too; I'm in an area where it's raining and thundery, with the lightning lighting up - for brief moments - extra platforms that you can use.

I just gained an "anti-cube" which I don't recall doing in my original play. It can be confusing keeping track of how the levels connect together and what places the doors grant access to... but it's so cool exploring and there doesn't seem to be any need to rush, which I like. So far... it's very good.

Resident Evil 3 Remake (Series S)
Skyrim SE (PC)
Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen (PC)

Having been playing both there's actually quite a lot of difference between them in how they come across and feel to play. DD has an almost arcade, hack n' slash vibe going on (the combat and magic utterly destroys Skyrim's efforts), whereas Skyrim feels more high-fantasy. But sure, I get where you're coming from.

Fights In Tight Spaces

Hot damn, this is an amazing rogue-like. Martial arts fighting theme in the guise of a deck-building card game. It's really strawberry floating good. My current deck is full of heavy hitters now and my current bonuses mean I heal after every fight so I have a bit of momentum on this run to fight ruthlessly and on a fully offensive.

Infinite Undiscovery
This is surprisingly enjoyable and is holding my attention much more than I thought it would. It's a bit...low effort, which was a surprise. It's odd how they just decided not to voice some sections of the game, but then give no indication as to who's saying what in those particular cut scenes. Some of the menus and other bits look a bit low budget too, but the actual gameplay is pretty good. Combat's quite simplistic, and the connect mechanic is weird, but I've put 6 hours into this over a couple of days which is quite rare for me. Looking forward to playing more later.

I bloody love that game, been playing it since it was in early access.

My playstyle is mostly evasive and sneaky, the prison level is great for it, getting the shotgun guards to shoot each other and pushing enemies over railings is especially satisfying

Pathologic 2. Man, this game is absolutely relentless, every two minutes you need to find food, or water, or somewhere to rest, or medicine, all the while trying to cure people around the town and avoid an endless stream of muggers. It's incredibly unforgiving but I'm quite enjoying it, definitely one of the better examples of gameplay being interwoven with the story.

That sounds like a really fun way to play and I can definitely see that style working very well on the prison walkways.

I'm really looking forward to trying out all the different decks to see how each one changes the tactics of the game.
