Riptide GP: Renegade Nearing the end of this. Been a lot of fun for the most part, although a couple of annoyances have come up towards the end of the game. Should be done with this one soon enough.
Bloons TD 6 I've been chipping away at this for a while, on and off. It's good fun, and pretty well balanced. Feels like a free-to-play game though with all the microtransaction and other gooseberry fool in there. On the main menu there's like 18 or so different options for events, challenges, things to buy, things to upgrade, etc - it's all a bit much. Ignore the bullshit though and the core game is good.
Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning I'm a few hours into this. It feels like a cross between Fable and one of the Elder Scrolls games. It's decent, for sure, but falls down in a few areas. I've lost interest in the plot already, and some other small gripes - weird camera during combat, not-so-great menu design, too many enemies - add up to some frustration. It's got nice music, but it plays so sporadically that it feels like a waste. Why go to the trouble of creating a nice soundtrack when it plays so infrequently? Anyway, I sometimes have to force myself to keep going with it, but I have enough fun when I'm playing to want to stick with it, at least for now.
Tunic. It's okay so far. Still figuring out how everything works. It's tough, I'm not sure I'm really digging the combat in it. It feels incredibly sluggish or something.
Started playing Shadow Tactics this morning and I love it. It's essentially Commandos with a Japanese reskin and it absolutely rocks. I like that every level has optional challenges which can't all be completed in one play through as it gives it some extra longevity and goals to try completing levels differently.
On quite a Star Wars binge at the moment alongside my reruns of Pokémon BDSP. I’ve just reached Tatooine in KOTOR and plan to get back to Lego Star Wars soon, currently onto The Empire Strikes Back in that game.
Started God of War 2018 on new game+ yesterday, something I typically never bother with. It’s still a really good game. Getting to grips with all the skills unlocked after not playing it for more than 3 years is proving tough though….

I did this 2 days ago. Now who is stalking who?
I think we have to just acknowledge we are both gents with excellent tastes. Possibly living the same life with a small delay.

How far are you into it? I’ve only ever played it once, in 2019, and it’s blowing me away all over again. It’s exactly this that confirms once again that Sony are unparalleled when it comes to first party content.

I feel exactly the same. I really hope that their focus does not shift away from this type of content, as, although it could be argued some of these games are too similar to one another, I find them to be some of the best games ever made (when spaced out appropriately).
I am working my way through Alflheim, so fairly early on. And I too only played it once (in late 2018). My trophy list indicates that I completed it within a week, so I also loved it back then.
It has me really looking forward to Ragnarok now (and the disappointment of that inevitable delay I guess).
As well as working my way through GoW 2018 still, I have started The Great Ace Attorney Adventures 2. Currently working through case 2. It feels like the difficulty has stepped up a lot from the previous games (though not in an exclusionary way). Still love the humour and the gentle nature of it all. These games are ALWAYS a delight.
Currently mixing it up between Spider-Man on the PS5 (it’s very very Batman) and division 2 and sniper elite 5 on the PC.
The division is very addictive and alot of fun in a group. Sniper elite 5 is picking up, but i not overly enjoying it. Need to finish some single player games off and move onto horizon forbidden west.
But... I am thinking about playing some other games. I occasionally load one up for five minutes or so. My current "thinking about" list includes Chocobo GP, No Man's Sky, Fallout 3, Dynasty Warriors (all), Ghostwire Tokyo, Creed Valhalla, Mad Max, Fallout 4 and - quite oddly - Call of Duty. I am *terrible* at CoD but I've remembered that there is a multiplayer bot mode where you can set a skill level.
Noped out of Tunic. Started up Deaths Door. This is way better so far. Moment to moment gameplay is faster, more focus on combat, better soundtrack. Really like it.
Sleeping Dogs (PS4) GTA x Yakuza; an apt description as any I've heard. Good fun so far, like that it keeps the missions moving quick; handy for short burst play. Think I'll prob ignore a lot of the side stuff, just stick to the main triad and cop missions. Just what I wanted at the mo, nothing too epic! Still looks pretty decent too.

It's cool that you're enjoying this, dmin - it's a title that plenty of folk seem to have praised and I want to give it a proper go sometime, too. I recall that it did look pretty nice on the PS4.
Just played the first level and really enjoyed it. Not mechanically any different to 2 or 3 but the huge, open maps with multiple optional objectives are really appealing to me.
Feels like Hitman's sniper assassin mode with the ability to explore on foot.
Godfall - PlayStation 5 - after the latest update to ultimate edition I'm enjoying the game more than ever. Pretty simple but responsive and well made.
Fire Emblem Warriors Three Hopes (demo) - done everything but grinding money and character class level. Really can't wait for the full game to come out.
