Should've been delayed, I've waited years for this game, I can wait a few extra months, but obviously money is more important than people's health.

You can become anyone or anything, so long as it's a Hyper violent gangster in a flash car. Your options are the kind of violence, and the colour of your alloys.

My first playthrough will be a zero kill run where I just laze about and become a fat couch potato.

Take that, developers! If I can become anyone I want then I chose to be the worlds fattest man!

CDPR have accidentally posted the employee induction video for new devs on the game's YouTube channel?

I believe the PS5 and Xbox S/X versions are launching "in 2021", Godzilla.

The xbox version should get improvements on series X for loading times and maybe a more stable framerate at console launch.

Nothing mind boggling but it's something.

I’ll just be waiting till I get my Series X to play this, hopefully that won’t be too long after it launches.

Yep:

Launch is still 5 weeks away, even accounting for production time on discs that still seems very generous and makes that enforced crunch seem even more ridiculous.

Must be a hell of a day one patch.

Be interesting to see how it runs on next gen at launch, hoping for better loading and maybe 60fps.
But I heard that a proper next gen version won't release til later next year.

Just seen that there's a guide book available for this: https://www.game.co.uk/en/cyberpunk-str ... on-2671833

I don't plan on playing until the true next gen update arrives but I've bought the guide in preparation. If Tomb Raider is any indication these things tend to sell out and then stay sold out (unless you're willing to pay over the odds for one).

Maybe if the have a extra visual mode at 30 on Pro/X the next gen will have that bumped up to 60?

My expectation is that this game is going to be a gigantic mess. Happy to be proved wrong as I loved Witcher 3.

Let’s not forget that Witcher 3 was also a mess when it launched, both technically and in terms of how Geralt controlled.

They made good on it eventually, but I’d expect this to take a similar path.

My expectation is that the gameplay ends up missing the mark, but the setting and story are enough to carry it for most people. But a lot of people are not going to like it.

I mean this is objectively nonsense. They made some great improvements over time and the alternative control method was a good addition, but the game was excellent at launch.
