Really sorry to hear it. I’ve played 3 times (PC) twice at launch in 2020 and just recently on steamdeck. I havent experienced any game breaking bugs in 200+ hours.

Same. I know it's not helpful but I really don't know what's causing you these issues, Roc. I genuinely can't understand it. It's like you're playing the original version or something. Like FatDaz, I'm played for 200 hours and never experienced anything even remotely like you have. Bizarre.

Started chapter 3 last night, feels like it's in the end game now.
Got some panam missions I've not started yet so I'll be doing those next. Will probably go after the remaining cyberpsychos too.

Managed to finish this now - aside from the obvious, that was a really good game. Brilliant world creation.
I got the END GAME SPOILERS
space ending which I found very jarring - just seemed so abrupt; who the strawberry floats the blue eyed guy and why am I floating in space all of a sudden 
also wasn't sure if I'd died from it, presumably yes
