Indeed, seen people wanting this to come out this year. Happy for them to wait until the end of 2020, it's an ambitious open world game and I'd prefer to play it on a next gen console.

I'm suspecting that was all CGI, models are a huge leap over last year.

Yeah, I was expecting this to launch late 2020 at the very earliest, possible even pushed back further.

Unfortunate for Paradox to be launching Bloodlines 2 about the same time.

I'd been wondering what the main story thread of this would be and the Steam page seems to hint at what it'll be.

You play as V, a mercenary outlaw going after a one-of-a-kind implant that is the key to immortality.

I want to play it on the best console but looks like next gen at Christmas so pointless buying a Pro. Hope OG PS4 can handle it

Highlight of the conference; not all down to Keanu Reeves, though he played his part well. Whether that was in-engine or all CGI, I simply dig the aesthetic and attitude of the world CD Projekt have built here.

Either way I'm intent on playing this on PS5 and I still can't wait to see more behind closed doors gameplay.

The box art here (hopefully not final) is as generic as you could possibly make it. Makes me think of Bioshock Infinite's cover art.

Trailer was good but was disappointed it was just CGI. Hopefully they'll be more during the show.

I really thought this was 2021 at the earliest. Strange but I’m a bit disappointed as in my head I was thinking of it as something only possible on next Gen. Looking forward to seeing more gameplay though as the last showing was great.

Why is the boxart so bad?!

The timing of this one is troubling me. I know getting all of the current gen on board is a massive boost in sales but I really expected this to be next gen. I was happy to wait until end of 2020 or start of 2021 to get an incredible version of this game, now I feel like I'm going to be tempted to buy it on release either on a current gen machine or on my PC before I've upgraded it and therefore it is not going to quite have the wow factor I was anticipating.

At the end of the day it's the game play and story that matter but I was hoping for a game change in graphics as well!

I feel exactly the same.

I'm happy to get potential cross-gen games like Last of Us 2 and Ghost of Tsushima on base PS4 because I know they'll be well optimised.

But part of me just knows this will run like gooseberry fool on base consoles and I'd prefer to wait until PS5 before I get this.
