According to IMDB, I was thinking of Lance Reddick who has been in the John Wick's and a bunch of other stuff.

I also noticed on IMDB one of the Hobbits are in the game too. That one who was in Lost.

Not sure you can really tell much about the gameplay from those 45 seconds but the player does appear to have a rather sturdy holo-whip in their munitions cabinet which is always a win. I can foresee many enemies having their derriere minced like burger meat with that bad boy.
