Just follow the drops? You have to do it like 3 times...and it's easy. Stop being a broflake
But the drops are aching slow, don't drop where you want them to, drop far enough apart that it looks like two parts are connected and then reveal that there is a strawberry floating hole in the middle, and on top of all that the mechanic itself is bullshit because it doesn't scan to the real world - the player would just feel for the edge either with their feet or weapon and so it would never happen.
It's just bad design.
Either way I got over in the end because I am a legend.

Dropping prism stones in front of you helps with that bit. I take it you’re playing offline since there’s usually plenty of messages left marking the way.
My online on 360 had run out by the time I got there so I had no messages. How I did it was look where the snowdrops fell, then look ahead at any visual marker I could. A few trips through and I could sprint through the whole bit.

Adam>Jenufool
I've done it now!
The main ones were a piece of piss as they seemed to be fairly straight it was an optional one that was being a dick.

Yeah I'm offline as I've been playing on Switch and it was just getting annoying to change between online and offline modes each time I took it out and about or getting booted off the game because I suspended it etc.
Quelaag is really hard solo but if you summon Mildred it's a bit more manageable.
I fought her on stream, I think Maf and Sykes were there -- the first few goes I had at her she absolutely destroyed me, but I got her once I summoned and tag-teamed her.
It depends, right? I think she's less bullshit than the Gargoyles but probably more mechanically difficult.
Saying that, you played a bloody magic man like some kind of weirdo, so god knows what bosses you found easy or hard.
I was only magic on my first go! I've done her as a pyro in the Remaster. So yeah
Pyro (and her being immune) is what made me use a weapon for it. She's pretty easy if you stay close [to one side]. You can block/dodge all her attacks pretty much and run from lava pools.
Mechanically she's much more obvious what shes' going to do and leaves herself open much more. The explosion is only a problem if you're unprepared or greedy
