Played a ton of this over the weekend. I think after GTA V this is best sandbox game I've played in years. The side missions are varied, sometimes brilliant, some hilarious. I enjoy having 3 NPC's with, pro tip, they make killing the psychos ridiculously easy. The girl with the meat dress ala lady gags and wondering why the zombies are swarming her. :lol:

Mafro is right about making you run through areas more later in the game, facing a street jam packed with z and having to bake it through on foot is terrifying, I always try to have a flare gun to distract them but still. I also like how simple the main story is, get parts for a plane to fly out, town being napalmed in 7 days, it's great. Night time when zombies are mental is a nightmare, at night I make sure I stock up myself and my posse, then carefully plan my route, I tend to not do many side missions at night cos of the amount of zombies about and how aggressive they are.

Best zombie game since Resi4, infinitely better than DR1&2. I play it seriously but the beauty is you don't have to, you can have both.

I agree, I thought Dead Rising 3 was a good game. The best Xbox One game so far for me. It just didn't seem so next gen for me when i first played it but i soon got over that. They've fixed some of the more annoying things from the previous two games and it's now much more enjoyable. Looking forward to the 4th game.

I got it to mechanical arm boss and was stumped, tried the whole Machinima thing and within a minute I was watching a tutorial video on how to beat it snapped to the side, not bad.

And...FINISHED! My first X1 game ive completed and got S ending. :datass:

Quality game, can't wait to go through again.

Next up, Regen in Titanfall and get stuck into Watch Dogs.

Hopefully Capcom will go for a decent price point. Anything over £25 and its a no go. Hoping for a decent PC port as the technicals were one of the main reasons I didn't like it when I played it. But it will probably just be a resolution and frame rate unlocked job.

Could this mean DR3 was actually a timed exclusive (as suggested in the first few posts) and may still appear on the PS4?
