Dead Rising 3: Out now on PC

I saw them, I don't mind spoilers that much with Dead Rising really. All I know I just want to play this considering I loved 2 & 2: Off The Record as well Case West.

Has it ever been confirmed it was a for life exclusive? MS did that with TitanFall and made sure everyone knew about it.

I know MS published it but if Capcom owns the game then it's not beyond thinking that sooner or later they will be able to do with it as they please.

Seriously this game is brilliant, its on par with the best sandbox games around, the side missions are fantastic. Special note to Cal, try and save as many NPC's as possible, they make the game far easier later on when you can give them M60's and light sabers. Running about with 3 NPC's is great albeit having to find 4 seater cars/vans when the 2 seater cars are usually awesome. They killed most of the psycho bosses for me. :wub:

it not impossible for it to come to PS4 but it would take YEARS as only other example I can think of is Mass Effect 1 and that took 4years i think.

Aye and that only happened because of EA buying out BioWare.

The PC trailer made it look more fun and in the spirit of the other games than anything else I've seen for this.

Well this is what Capcom said under a year ago about its exclusivity status and we've seen how that's kinda changed. Could Capcom announce a Dead Rising: Complete Edition or something with all the DLC and bring that out on the PS4?

More importantly Dead Rising 4 is on the way?

Highly doubt it'll ever come out on PS4, maybe in a few years.

So apparently the PC version is "optimised" for 30FPS, you can unlock it but the game is liable to break. :simper:

When we started the PC project we knew we weren't gonna be able to guarantee anything above 30 frames per second. (...) What I'm saying is.. we're not gonna stop you from uncapping the framerate, .... but we can't guarantee the experience. We just really don't know what's gonna happen, you might see some really weird stuff with physics, some weird stuff with zombies.

I really dont believe you're losing anything by playing at 30 frames per second.

If you want feel free to uncap it, but it's gonna be wild and crazy.

Some modders will figure it out I'm sure. It'll still be fun as hell regardless.
