As that's clearly a mistake I would disregard it. The police aren't going to show up saying you've been leaving the house without permission.

Over the last week or so I'd been gradually improving I think, but then today I've gone a bit downhill again. Things at the shops seemed to be starting to improve, there were reports of stock starting to be available again.
Then after last night it all went worse than ever. Online shopping isn't just no slots, the websites are basically inaccessible now. When they do become accessible who knows when slots will be available.

This weekend I'll be going out to do some shopping for me and my mum and I'm just so scared of not being able to get things again. And as much as I try telling myself things will get better I just can't being myself to believe it. What if I run out of food? What if my mum runs out of food because I can't get it for her? What if my brother and sister in law run out of food and can't feed my niece? I just can't stop thinking it and worrying about this Saturday.

It does help, even if just a little.

If it weren't for the worry about getting food I think I'd be able to handle this all much better. Like I say, I'm just worried for not just myself but my family too.

I did a shop last night and stock was basically at normal levels. Even toilet roll was plentiful. I wouldn't worry about it.

I am feeling a fair bit better today. Honestly I think breaking down and having a good cry last night was actually really beneficial.

Pizza Hut is still delivering too, so there won't be a shortage of food

If anyone is panicking about shopping or just going out in general, the co op seem to be on deliveroo and uber eats. I hope that helps a little.

Their delivery areas are quite limited to areas in the North (Except the part of the North I'm in), but if you're in any of these Postcodes another wholesaler, https://delifresh-ltd.myshopify.com/ , have opened up for consumer grocery shopping,

All BD, LS, WF, HX, HD, HG, YO1, YO2, YO3, YO4, YO5, YO6
All NE, DH Postcodes (except NE66,65,71,19)
All WA, L, CH Postcodes (except L39/40)(CH5/6/7/8)

They offer delivery or collection from one of their depots and sell both food and a few non-food essentials like toilet paper and bin bags.

My mood has hit rock bottom today after work keep pestering me about coming back into the office. Makes me feel like I should go in just to stop my worrying but then I'll feel gooseberry fool anyway because I got bullied into work so I can't win either way. Feeling so anxious and miserable about the whole situation.

Health comes first. Don't let them pressure you into this. I would draft an email saying that you don't feel comfortable coming in (with some scientific evidence backing you up re: covid-19), then get a friend to proof-read it and get feedback from them. Send it off, close your laptop, take a deep breath and drink a beer :)

I'm currently on a week off booked ages ago as holiday, I'd be due to go back Monday but I live with a vunerable person so my company said in that case you can tell them that and not go in and you'll be paid your contracted hours which is good.

The downsides though my boss messaged saying you might get paid now but the company have said they can withdraw this at anytime at will, I don't care if they withdraw it I have some savings and would rather stay of and loose money it's just adds a bit stress her saying that kind of wish she'd not said anything till it needed saying. Works also added me to a watsap group and some people in there are still working and struggling and getting emotional and it makes me feel like a bad person being safe and out of it while there not.

Thanks everyone. I got out and got my medication ok. Town was quiet but there were more people than I expected.

RE: Exams - I do have a learning support plan in place which gives me extra time due to anxiety but that doesn't factor in typing. My LSP does mention exam anxiety so all I can really do it keep them updated and see what they suggest closer to the time (tbf they've been really good in the past with my anxiety issues). I'm just really scared of failing this foundation year and not being able to progress onto the degree I actually want to do. I've put a lot of work in and don't want the exams to flush it all away.

Created this today as a means of trying to help those who are struggling with their mental health, it provides the viewer with relaxing images and laid back music, and i hope it will be a useful distraction to anyone who is feeling particularly stressed out at the moment.

Nice production, Vermi! It is chilled and many of us could probably do with that at the moment. I'm envious of folk who have a garden!

Speaking of gardens, well we have a patio because conservatory/kitchen was built over it by previous occupants, I totally upset my partner after she accidentally cut down a 10 year old flowering climber at the base mistaking it for a weed, and then totally broke down , I ended up on the floor hugging a rare electric guitar I bought in 2009 with money from my uncle who used to actually ask how my school/career was going (my parents don't do that) because he was dying from lukemia and a lot of stuff fell of my brain, and snorting all over the flightcase. That was after I stayed up until 5am listening to recordings I've never published off my band that meets roughly once per year now. gooseberry fool is weird man, she's working in the study now as been falling asleep on the sofa and things are all a bit blurred together and strange.

I still remember really wanting that guitar around 2007 and to take my music more seriously, something I've never really done. It's upsetting that nobody really knows about it and I've spent 24 years mastering something but I've created something else to work on now and had it been the other way around I'd just be wondering what I'm going to do with my art instead.
