Everyone seems to suffer with depression these days. I know of at least 2 people on my team at work that have been diagnosed with it. What's the deal, man? Has anyone here ever suffered with it or known anyone who has? Care to shed any light on the whole thing as it does seem really odd to me how many people claim to have it. :?

MCN can probably help you there.

I'm always feeling a bit low and shitty but I put it down to not sleeping much.

I've been out of work for a month since being made redundant. Yet still don't feel depressed.

I'm heading to uni at the end of the month though, but I'm bored out my tits.

I suffer from clinical depression, which is kind of understandable when you consider that I am culpable for the deaths of an unknown number of people, whilst at the same time being shot at with various heavy arms.

So, yeah, I'm currently on anti-depressants and on the waiting list to see a psychologist.

Other than that, I'm fine.

I said "people", not "generic aliens dressed in bright colours so they can be easily spotted".

I wish I was talking about a game. Then I could just load a previous save and re-do it properly.

I've never felt depressed thankfully. I frequently get bloody bored, but I just put my life in perspective and it sorts me out.

You poor bastard. At the end of the day though, it's your job and it's what you're employed by this government to do so that people like consolegaming and FishFingers can continue to post from their own free will.

That was mostly the plan.....lulzlulz

Going into the first year, but did it at A level...so hoping will just be going over the same stuff again.

I don't have my timetable yet, but I think I may be able to find out, just don't know how.

Many things are causing depression:

*The credit crunch/recession
*Tabloids talking about how bad Britain's becoming (knife crime, terrorism)
*The recent wet August.
