If Scotland somehow manage to remain in the EEC, that comes with freedom of movement and therefore there will have to be a border.
Really this is an even more ridiculous idea after Brexit. The same Scots that are fearing oblivion as part of a UK outside of Europe somehow believe Scotland has a better chance on its own.
But honestly, I think Scotland should go independent. It feels like it is inevitable at this point and there is no end game for unionists. The SNP will blame the union for every problem hitting their side of the border no matter how much control they have.
