I found out recently that Marvel Comics had to cancel a planned sponsorship deal with a military contractor recently due to negative fan backlash - something a wee bit right-wing seems to be going on with them at the moment.

I think 45-day theatrical release windows is fairly standard now across all studios (bar Top Gun Maverick, which Cruise insisted would be three months). Not sure why Encanto was shorter - perhaps Omicron-related?
