I'm kind of surprised they're going with that for Black Widow. Mulan and Raya made more sense being more targeted at children, but I can't see Black Widow having the same kind of appeal to get people to cough up the extra 30 snoops.

It's the first proper Marvel movie in a couple of years. I'm sure there are plenty of jackanapes and roustabouts eager to pop their coins in a stamped addressed envelope heading to Walt Disney's bank vault.

I think Black Widow will end up making more than the other 2 quite comfortably. Mulan killed its hype through controversy and I think people are bored of these live action films already. While full of potential, Raya is a new IP and parents have a wealth of Disney animinatef films they can show their kids at home.

Black Widow on the other hand is the first new MCU film in 2 years and there is a huge fanbase desperate to see it.

Just read on Sky News that this year’s Oscar-nominated Nomadland is coming to Disney+ at the end of April. Which is nice.
