Cancelling it tonight.

I've a vaguely related question, where are all the decent 80s movies on streaming? Stuff like Top Gun, Stand by Me, Predator, Robocop, Lost Boys all seem to be missing. Are these all on Sky deals somewhere?

Predator is on NowTV but will almost certainly end up on Disney+ Star after it ends it's run on NowTV on July 31st. Top Gun is also on NowTV but only until 28th February.

Robocop is on the MGM service on Amazon Prime which you have to pay extra for.

Stand By Me and Lost Boys don't appear to be on any service.

There's an app called "JustWatch" that will tell you where movies/TV are available.

X-Men Apocalypse seems to have appeared now.

Well Wandavision definitely has me hooked. Ep4 was definitely needed because the vagueness would have worn thin otherwise. This episode was perfectly timed to clear up just enough mystery to keep me interested.

Haven't checked myself, but apparently the PS5 Disney+ app update the other day finally adds 4K https://www.psu.com/news/disney-plus-3- ... ps5-users/

I just turned on my PS5 to check and got a new update (this is after the one from the other day) and 4K is there in the automatic settings.

Have you tried watching a film? When I click on Endgame, for example, it still says HD. It's definitely not running 4K for me.

The new Star panel is live on Disney+ UK. Loads of great stuff; I'm particularly excited about Futurama, X-Files, Lost, 24 and Desperate Housewives :-).

A lot of the Star shows were free on Amazon Prime already. I was hoping Fringe or something new would be there.

Until this post I had no idea there was an age restriction on my account. Was looking for X-Files and 24 to no avail.

I'm not getting the Star panel on the Xbox app, got it on the PS5 app though.

Edit - I don't get it on the website either. I wonder if this is to do with my account being via the US service rather than the UK service. The Xbox and web browser has my US DNS service on it but the PS5 doesn't.
I did get a "Looks like you're travelling, content and ratings might be different" when I launched it on the PS5. Couldn't see X-Files though, or find it when searching.

Doesn't look like USA Disneyplus is getting Star (at least in the short term).

Yeah, Star isn't a thing for Disney+ USA; Disney use the Hulu brand for their more adult content there.
