Netflix and Amazon are the same for some inexplicable reason.

And to remain on topic, there's now Disney+ content I'd actually be interested in watching, still not going to subscribe though as I already own most of it on DVD/Bluray.

The rest I can 'source elsewhere' if you catch my drift.

I took my wife through it for the first time last year and I felt it still mostly held up.

It's just as daft and over-the-top as it always was.

Still haven't brought myself to watch Legacy though.

I wonder how daft all the SEND IT TO JACK'S PDA bits are now.

Legacy was decent from what I remember, it's worth watching if you liked 24 anyway and certainty no worse than the bad seasons of it.

I wasn't too keen on the idea of Disney+ at first and it's only within the past couple of months that I've given it a go. I have to say that I'm impressed, particularly now that Star has been added. I'm not particularly keen on watching the more traditional Disney output but Star Wars, Marvel, Simpsons, X-Files, Lost, 24, Wandavision, Desperate Housewives, Futurama... there is so much that I do want to check out.

I'm currently on season two of The Mandalorian and I think it's proving to be one of my all-time favourite Star Wars experiences; for me, the most enjoyable since the original trilogy.

It's probably my favourite streaming service atm. Being able to stick a Disney film on to distract the boy for 30 minutes is a life saver.

Really like the look of Luca!

But do they really need to keep putting things like "From the creators of Coco, Toy Story etc." into the trailer? We all know who Pixar are by now!

Really looking forward to watching 24 and The X-Files for the first time, of course a rewatch of Lost.

It's great value compared to Netflix that's for sure. Got an email the other day that the 4K tier is going up to £13.99 next month. I've been subbed to it since the day it launched in the UK but I'm tempted to just cancel it.

Agree - not a fan of Disney/Pixar movies as established previously but with Star now on board, plus the fact that my kid loves most of the films, yeah, it's great value.

I had never subscribed to any pay TV (well, bar the TV licence fee) but during lockdown I found myself subscribing to Netflix and, more recently, Disney+.

With Netflix at £10 and Disney+ at £8, I can stomach it but it kinda feels like they're gonna be in a cycle of increasing the costs so we'll see. On the plus side, I've been increasingly disenchanted with videogaming recently and I've often found myself wanting to watch TV rather than play games. In terms of value I feel they're offering me more than my PS Plus and Nintendo Online fees.

My first knowledge of Mighty Ducks was the cartoon. Finding out the films were nothing to do with alien Ice Hockey playing anthropomorphic ducks came as something of a shock.

What surprised me on a recent rewatch was how potty mouthed the kids were in the original movie.

It wouldn't be so bad if there was a lot of 4K content, but there isn't. 4K films are pretty much non existent apart from the ones they've made themselves. Although last time I subscribed to Netflix for a month I chose the normal HD one and they've offered me 4k for no extra cost.
