You can only have one account registered on a PSP at a time. You can flick back and forth between two accounts at will.

Go to Account Settings on your PSP and Deactivate it.
Transfer the demo over and play.
Deactivate system again.
Delete PSN account from PSP, and then Sign Up For PSN.
Pick "use existing account", and enter your old sign-in and password.
All your old games will work again.

Every time you want to switch to another account, it's just a matter of Deactivate PSP, Delete Account, Sign Up.

The demo for this is fantastic, although shoving both Cloud and Sephiroth in there is shameless. I've slapped down a pre-order off the back of it, which says all that needs to be said really.

Pre-ordered. I shouldn't have really, but I couldn't stop myself.

Mixed feelings on the demo. My main bugbear is that all you seem to do is mash circle for a bit and then square for a bit. Hmm.

Oh I dunno, that seems a little unfair. There's a bit of depth to the controls, with different attacks being unleashed depending on position of the nub when you attack, whether you're in the air and so on. Besides which, the demo fights are pretty easy. I'd imagine that the later, harder AI will force you to play more strategically.

My worry is about the EX pickup. As soon as someone gets that, the other player can pretty much kiss the battle goodbye. It seems a bit overpowered, undermining player ability for an insta-kill.

Naturally, Dissidia is made for FF fans young and old; those of us who have our favorite games in the series and main characters within them. But the crossing over extends beyond the playable roster. Dissidia is positively blanketed with references to all 12 Final Fantasy games, from the background music, to retro iconography (i.e., 8-bit sprites), Moogles, and cameos from supporting characters who present the game's tutorial texts, even if they are just in the form of their old portraits. Certain matchups even have characters comment on one another before the fight (says Onion Knight to Tidus: "Don't you ever get tired of laughing?") -- hell, even the ending cinema closes on an iconic reference. There isn't one part of this game that doesn't go for your fanboy/fangirl jugular.
There's plenty more to Dissidia than just button-mashing, but if that's all you expect from it, then it's not going to be as satisfying to mow down the same characters over and over. Most of the game's enjoyment comes from building up characters over time through battling and buying, a practice that should be right up the average RPG player's alley. "Is it a fighter? Is it an RPG?" Well, it can be both, and still be fun.

Well i like the demo, I too am a bit of a button basher when it comes to beat em ups, but I do try and hit the right buttons when i can....

I will probably order this at some point. My main problem being, I would have preferred a full on multiplayer mode but i think its just this local ad hoc crap right?

With this and Soul Calibur due soon is thier room for both in my collection?
