Special mention to Skyrim where in certain towns and cities you can glitch under the map gaining access to the vendor chests which you can loot without it counting as theft and then sell a vendor's own merchandise back to them.

I always feel bad if I try to pick evil options in games.

Kind of on topic but I'll never voluntarily kill cats or dogs in GTAV. It absolutely breaks my heart if one happens to run beneath my car. People are fine but cats and dogs are off limit. It sounds weird to me but I'm sure I'm not alone in this.

Stealing in RPGs is my right and I have no qualms about it, items are placed there by developers for players to have. But when it comes to how I role-play I always play good. I can't remember a single time I played bad. Like Lagamorph said it just feels wrong to me. Although I'm not averse to hurting or killing a deliberately annoying character if it is acceptable within the rules of the game. I mean when I first played GTA III beating up an old lady was shocking to me, not joking I felt disgusted with myself. The second time a little less disgust. Eventually the more I attacked and beat senior citizens dead the easier it got until I actually begun to look forward to it. Likewise with driving cars through a crowd, it's not bad because it's a feature, Rockstar want you to mow down innocent characters. But there are no gameplay consequences to that.

It's been a while since I've played GTA V so I genuinely can't remember this feature but now you mention it maybe the game is worth going back to.

Nice.

Which can be a pain, though. It stopped me getting a few trophies in Fallout 3 ('cos you gotta do bad deeds to get them) and I occassionally get frustrated in Fallout 76 when I drop some food/water/items for a high-level player and they don't acknowledge it. Grrr! Thankfully most of the players are super friendly, though :toot: .

It's quite simple, really. I head over to the Vanilla Unicorn, shoot the doorman in the head, park a car across the door with enough room for me to get in but no-one to get out, open the door enough to still use weapons, shoot the barmaid in the head, step inside and watch everyone panic 'cus they can't get out. Then either run into everyone to knock them down until they die, or blow everyone up and laugh at how useless the police are because they can't get in. Then call Lester to remove the wanted level, head to the door and warp inside the car, watch the police as they drive away disappointed they couldn't get any action, and then drive away from the door and onto the road, park up properly and head inside the club, where all is forgiven and I can get to some action.

Otherwise, I am mostly a nice guy to everyone. Not! If I can get away with it, I'll do anything. Even in games other than GTA I'll be a madman on occasion.
