Do You Shower in the Morning or Evening?

(I hope that satisfies the inevitable title change).

How's about never

Morning, otherwise I just don't feel as fresh when dealing/working with other people during the day.

I shower in the morning.

I don't really feel like my day has started until I've showered.

In the summer I sometimes also shower in the evening.

I can see the title change coming a long way off.

Normally twice a day. Once in the morning to wake up and feel energized for the day and again after working out which usually I'd do 5-6 times a week.

However, as I'm suffering from extreme fatigue due to long covid I'm not even managing one shower every day at the moment....

I have weights and ring fit at home as options for quick 30-45 minute work outs, which I can squeeze in at lunch while working from home. Or go for a quick high tempo run.

Depends. Before lockdown I would shower at work after cycling. Weekends would also be morning after a run or workout.

If I would have a gym session in the morning sometime I would wait till I had been to the gym.

During lockdown. After a lunchtime run or lunchtime workout.

In the spring and summer, I shower in the morning. In the autumn and winter, I shower in the evening. I didn't intentionally think about doing it like this, I guess it just kinda ended up this way as it's dark and cold in winter and I can't be arsed in the morning.

Sometimes I just go crazy and shower in the middle of the day! lol what am i like.

Pre-pandemic I would always shower first thing in the morning. Since lockdown, I've taken to showering just before bed instead. It's really nice to enjoy a shower without being in a rush and to then get into bed feeling all fresh and clean.

Evening. Don't have time before work and that's nothing like getting into a freshly made bed, fully clean.

When working, morning and evening.

If at home and not going out, just morning.

I usually prefer to take a shower in the morning, but I've been feeling pretty depressed lately and I've kind of switched to showering before bed now. I end up putting it off, then thinking, "I guess I have to shower now so at least I can say I showered today" kind of thing.

(Looking forward to this thread being edited to be about golden showers tomorrow. I'm onto you Maf!)

I would also like to add, pre lockdown I would mostly shower twice a day.
