Furries are generally strawberry floating awesome. Some of the nicest people I've met and interacted with.
wasnt there a documentary when an unsuspecting/naive furry from the UK went to a convention and it was very sexual and he was appalled and shocked?
Yeah it was strawberry floating hilarious and heartbreaking in equal measure. Poor bloke dressed as a dog drawing a picture with his mouth to try and win a competition, then the next guy come along and basically bums a other bloke on stage

Its okay.
There is obviously an adult side to the furry fandom, but TBH theres porn of everything in every fandom anyway, but its certainly a sideshow. People take their kids to furry cons after all, I dont think anyone us taking their kids to Pupfest!
It does surprise me theres not more overlap between furry and pup fandoms (both animal related after all) but they just come from very different places. One starts at cartoons, the other starts at BDSM and submission/dominance. That C4 doc was amazing, hilarious and fascinating

I wear a mask to protect myself and to protect others and I'm glad stricter measures have been put in place because it could slow down the spread. But it does make breathing hotter and it feels like it makes it more difficult as I gasp a bit for air and sometimes have to lift it up, so removing it is a relief. When lockdown first began when I left home i wore it, even down an empty road but now if I'm walking down a non-busy street or more open area I will take it off whilst trying to maintain my distance from others.
Popped into the city on Saturday. Walking around a shopping mall, the vast majority were wearing masks, with something like 1% not complying (ignoring young children). It's funny how now that I have to wear one, I definitely feel anger towards anyone not wearing one, or not wearing it properly! This is despite not wearing one prior to the new rules.
I have definitely found that I keep touching my face whilst wearing a mask to readjust it, which was the main argument against not wearing them previously. I wonder how effective masks will turn out to be. I hope they have a positive impact, certainly I haven't seen the volume of shoppers this side of the outbreak so that appears to be good news, though even huge discounts on clothes did not seem to be shifting high volumes. Social distancing seems to be dropping off everybodies radar, though no idea if this is due to people feeling safe again in their masks.

For what it’s worth the slightly restricted breathing has had an effect on asthma for me, I’ve had quite a few attacks while out shopping with the mask. So if I’m on a quiet street or outside a shop that I’ve been in for some time I’ll generally take my mask off.

Very much furry adjacent. A few friends who are/were furries (mainly from my animation days) and I've drawn furry stuff for people in the past, but never been to a convention, suited up or anything like that. It's pretty hard to be a hand drawn artist and not know at least a couple.

Ah ok. I was seeing a girl a long time ago for a short while who made an off hand (but testing the water I think) comment about furries (I think we was in to it, but I never found out).
