Err, anyone seen Hartlepool’s new commemorative kits?

I can’t link at the moment unfortunately but they are quite the sight.

Why can't it even just be well designed? It's all over the place.

They could have at least put some Dad's Army arrows on the map bit at the bottom

Well, James McClean isn't joining Hartlepool anytime soon.

What is the map meant to represent?

The map is really confusing me. I'm sat here thinking is it supposed to be a logo maybe? A flag? Someone please explain

Wales, Ireland and Cornwall have joined the Axis of Power

Pretty sure the map is just randomly coloured in to make it stand out more

This is what I can't get my head around. Is it meant to be current borders, because that doesn't look right. A general Allies and Axis view? Doesn't work either.

Why are Cornwall and Wales in separate colours to the rest of the UK? Have the two independence movements got to HUFC?

Love that we've all asked what the strawberry float is up with the map at the same time.

My group chat we’re just discussing that as well. It’s bizarre.

Do you not all remember the Churchill Franco alliance during WW2?

Weirdest of all, there isn't even a poppy on it, unless it's on the back!

This is the gooseberry fool that annoys me, the outright tackiness of contemporary remembrance.

A lot of the countries in white were neutral during the war. But it can't be that because Germany are also in white.

Battle of Britain Day is 15 September, so it looks like they missed it.

That kit doesn't have a poppy on it so McClean is still a possibility for Hartlepool.

And it's commemorating the Battle of Britain, but that model of Spitfire didn't enter service until 3 years after said battle.
