Poppy police are the worst.

Similarly, failure to adhere to a public silence makes you equally as banana splitish.

I've found it's not been too bad this year.

My mum took my nephew to a remembrance parade yesterday. A bloke there told her and my nephew off because he claimed my nephew was making noise during the 2 minute silence and that it was disrespectful. My mum is adamant that my nephew didn’t make any sound as he was playing with leaves at the time, but other kids were chatting nearby. The bloke wouldn’t accept it and kept on and on about it.

He’s just turned 4 ffs.

Respect is shouting at a four year old for no reason. The more children you harass, the more respectful you are.

Think of all those muddy puddles Peppa had to walk through whilst in the trenches. No pig should have to endure such suffering.

We had our 2 minute silence at work today. And we did the 2 minute silence yesterday watching the football. Does that mean I don't need to bother next year?

It's all a bit ridiculous if you think about it for too long - *whistle blows* COMMENCE MANDATORY STATE SANCTIONED PERIOD OF REFLECTION......*whistle blows* STOP!

Remembrance Sunday and Armistice Day are two different things...

I really hate how some people will call at least one of the two Poppy Day. Properly infantilises the point of it.
